Available is a large, bright room of 20m2 in an old beautiful building with two windows looking onto a green courtyard with a pretty tree. Room height in the whole apartment was is 3.20m, room floor herringbone parquet.
The apartment is 75m2 in total with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet and storage room.
The apartment is extremely quiet since it’s sided by courtyards on both sides.
The neighbors are ok when it comes to parties.
Perfekte Lage: Gelegen ist die große, kühle Altbauwohnung im schönen Fasanviertel im 3. Bezirk, Kölblgasse 22, erster Stock, mit top Anbindung an O-Straßenbahn Station Kölblgasse. Beidseitig hofseitig, dadurch extrem leise, das Zimmer schaut südseitig auf den grünen Hof. In 7 Minuten ist man fußläufig bei Rennweg (S-Bahn, 77A, 71) und in 13 Minuten beim Hauptbahnhof (alles :D). Man kommt leicht zu allen Unis, Bahnhof sei Dank auch nach St.Pölten, Wiener Neustadt etc.. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten bei Karlsplatz genauso wie der Jesuitenwiese und dem Naschmarkt! Fußläufig ist der Botanische Garten der Uni Wien in 9 Minuten zu erreichen, Eintritt frei, grüne Oase. Die Wohnung ist umgeben von Lebensmittelgeschäften (Billa in 2 Minuten, Hofer, großer Billa, Dm, Bipa und Penny in 5), schräg unter uns ist eine Pizzeria und die Fasangasse ist voller weiterer Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Sehr lebendige, verkehrsruhige Gegend. Man ist sehr! schnell im Grünen!

It's easy to get to all universities, thanks to the train station also to St.Pölten, Wiener Neustadt, etc.. Karlsplatz, Jesuitenwiese and the Naschmarkt can be reached in 10 minutes by bike! The botanical garden of the University of Vienna can be reached on foot in 9 minutes, free entry, green oasis. Mitbewohnerin bin ich, Lena, 19, angehende Kunst und Ethik Studentin, geh gern aus, bin viel weg reisen etc., Musikerin, spiele mit dem Gedanken einen nicen Hund zuzulegen. Fließend Englisch ok Italienisch, trash Portugiesisch.
