The room is about 27m2 and is partly furnished. The furniture does not have to be taken over. The windows are facing east towards the Danube canal. The apartment has a total of 160 m2 and is located on the mezzanine. For common use there is a large living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, guest room, toilet and two balconies.😊
Die Wohnung ist 100m entfernt vom Kunst Haus Wien (Museum Hundertwasser) entfernt. Billa, Spar, Bipa, Bäcker und Apotheke liegen im Umkreis von 5 Minuten. Öffi-Anbindung ist durch 1 und O gegeben. Die Bahnhöfe Wien Mitte und Praterstern sind beide in 15 Minuten erreichbar. In 10 Minuten ist man im Prater (Jesuitenwiese). Direkt vor dem Haus liegt der Donaukanal mit Promenade und Radweg.

Sophia, 29, studiert Linguistik im Master und arbeitet nebenbei. Sie hat nicht nur ein lebensgroßes Plüschtier, sondern auch die meisten ihrer Werkzeuge mitgebracht und kann durch ihre Begeisterung für Inneneinrichtung bei fast allen handwerklichen Dingen helfen.
Florian, 27, beginnt sein Studium zum Sportingenieure, ist musikbegeistert und abseits von Turntables auch gerne sportlich in der Natur unterwegs.
Lacy, 5, ist ein Kuvasz/Retriever-Mix, sehr lieb und kuschelt gerne. Sie gehört zu Sophia, die keinen Hundesitter sucht, aber sich freut, wenn jemand mal mit ihr geht.
Wir sind gesellig und gerne zusammen, respektieren aber genauso die Ruhe der anderen. Besuch ist also jederzeit willkommen, eine Party-WG sind wir jedoch nicht. Ordnung ist uns wichtig, darum wird einmal pro Woche geputzt! Unser bisheriges Zusammenleben ist entspannt und gemütlich, daher freuen wir uns über freundlichen Zuwachs.

Sophia, 29, is studying linguistics for her master's degree and works part-time. Besides bringing a life-size plushy, she also brought most her tools and can help with almost any handy task as interior design is one of her interests.
Florian, 27, takes on his sports engeneering studies this fall. Besides loving and producing music, he is sporty and likes to be in nature.
Lacy, 5, is a Kuvasz/Retriever mix, very sweet and likes to cuddle. She belongs to Sophia, who is not looking for a dog sitter but is happy to have someone walk her sometime.
We are social and like to spend time together, but also respect each other's quiet time. Visitors are always welcome, but you won't find a party-flat-share with us. We like the apartment to be neat and tidy , so we clean once a week! Our previous living together is relaxed and cozy, so we are happy about a friendly addition.
