Wir leben 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Prater entfernt. U4, U1 – Schwedenplatz, U4, U3 – Wien Mitte und U2, U1 – Praterstern jeweils max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Am Radetzkyplatz gibt es Gastro, kleinen Supermarkt, etc. Auch am Donaukanal und im 2.Bezirk gibt es Möglichkeiten auszugehen oder sich sonstwie zu entspannen. Die Lage ist sehr super, der Blick aus dem Fenster auch
We live 3 minutes walk from the Prater. U4, U1 - Schwedenplatz, U4, U3 - Wien Mitte and U2, U1 - Praterstern each max. 10 minutes walk. At Radetzkyplatz there is gastro, small supermarket, etc. Also at the Danube Canal and in the 2nd district there are possibilities to go out or otherwise relax. The location is very super, the view from the window also
Wir arbeiten beide in der Kunst, reden gern mal über Gesellschaft, Politik, Musik, absurdes, Psychologie und Sachen. Neigungsgruppe: links; Das Zusammenleben ist flexibel, manchmal essen und/oder trinken wir was gemeinsam, an anderen Tagen reicht ein freundliches "Hallo". Wir haben keinen Putzplan das geht ganz gut, früher gab es eine Putzhilfe. Wir haben es gerne sauber, und sind offen dafür, das Konzept zur Zielerreichung mit Dir neu zu gestalten ;)
We both work in the arts, like to talk about society, politics, music, absurd, psychology and stuff. Inclination group: left; Living together is flexible, sometimes we eat and/or drink something together, on other days a friendly "hello" is enough. We don't have a cleaning schedule that goes quite well, in the past there was a cleaning help. We like to have it clean, and we are open to redesign the concept to reach our goals with you ;)
Die Wohnung ist Altbau mit Gasheizung, wir haben diesen Winter wenig geheizt und das ging eigentlich ganz gut.
The apartment is old building with gas heating, we have this winter little heated and that actually went quite well.
