A bright, 16 m2 room in 3-person shared apartment will be available from end of March/Beg. of April
2023. We are two friendly Scientists, looking for new flatmate, cook lovely food, go jogging, make new friends in Vienna, play badminton, etc. Languages spoken: German, English, Hindi :)
The 95 m2 apartment is located on the 4th floor of a Neubau building
equipped with an elevator. Convenient public transport connection by
trams O,18 and 71. Haubtbahnhof and Rennweg both can be easily reached within 5 min
(bike), 10 min (tram 18) or 12 min (walk). The new kitchen is fully
equipped, including cooking utensils, tableware and dishwasher.
In addition, a small storage room and a cellar are also available.
Rent: 550€ (including gas and electricity) and Deposit: 1000€

Convenient public transport connection by trams O,18 and 71. Haubtbahnhof and Rennweg both can be easily reached within 5 min (bike), 10 min (tram 18) or 12 min (walk).
Multiple supermarkets like Penny, Hofer, Billa, EUROSPAR,
etc. are 3 minutes away from the apartment.
Schloss Belvedere and Schweizer Garden are 5 mins by walk. These public gardens can be used for jogging, walking, table tennis in summer :) and even picnic with friends :)
We are open minded willing to welcome you :) We sometimes cook Chinese or Indian cuisine that we would welcome you to join sometimes :)
1. There is an Indian living here with a PhD in Genetics :) Speaks fluent German. He likes to jogg, do Yoga, make friends, and learn from different cultures.
2. There is another Indian living here doing PhD in Genetics :) He loves to cook food. He loves to go for walks in the City and loves Cats.
