Wir haben ab frühestens Mitte September (Einzug bis Ende September möglich) ein freies Zimmer in unserer tollen WG! und suchen einen lieben Menschen, die/der bei uns wohnen möchte.
Die Altbau-Wohnung mit knarrenden Parkettböden ist sehr groß mit vier privaten Zimmern (schöne dicke, schalldämmende Wände), einem großen Wohnzimmer, einer gemütlichen Küche und einem großen Vorzimmer. Klo und Bad sind getrennt, das Klo ist mutmaßlich das originellste der ganzen Löwengasse. Abgang zum Donaukanal ist direkt vor der Haustür.
Das frei werdende Zimmer ist ca. 20-25m2 mit zwei Fenstern und kostet 480€ inklusive alles (auch Internet).
Eine Wand besteht aus einem selbstgebauten offenen Schrank aus Obstkisten. Da es umständlich wäre diesen wieder abzubauen, so perfekt wie er in das Zimmer passt, würde ich den gern an dich für 450 Euro verkaufen. Sollte das nicht möglich sein, versuchen wir eine gemeinsame Lösung in der WG zu finden.
Auch Schreibtisch sowie Bett können (umsonst) übernommen werden.

The old building flat with creaking parquet floors is very large with four private rooms (nice thick, sound-insulating walls), a large living room, a cosy kitchen and a large anteroom. Bathroom and toilet are separate, the toilet is probably the most original in the whole Löwengasse. The exit to the Danube Canal is right outside the front door.
The vacant room is about 20-25m2 with two windows and costs 480€ including everything (including internet).
One wall consists of a self-built open cupboard made of fruit crates. As it would be difficult to take it down again, as it fits perfectly into the room, I would like to sell it to you for 450 Euros. If that is not possible, we will try to find a solution together in the shared flat.
You can also take over the desk and bed (for free).
Ort ist die Löwengasse 1-B im 3. Bezirk, Nähe Donaukanal/Wienfluß/Prater und nah zu allen U-Bahnen außer U6.
Wir sind insgesamt 4 Personen: Nuria, Mareike, Norbert und Du. Wir sind zwischen 33 und 48 Jahre alt und somit alle keine Studenten mehr, und suchen deswegen eine etwas ruhigere Person (vielleicht eher so ab 30) und nicht unbedingt ein Partyanimal. Wir leben durchaus gemeinschaftlich und kochen oder essen auch gern mal zusammen, aber es ist recht locker, ohne Muß und wie es sich ergibt. Wir mögen es gerne sauber, aber auch nicht unbedingt etepetete, und es funktioniert gut ohne Putzplan und ohne WG-Plenum... aber wir sind auch offen für Neues. Es ist uns auf jeden Fall wichtig, dass wir uns wohlfühlen miteinander.
Wir sind: Mareike (Mitte dreißig) schwimmt gerne in der Donau, interessiert sich für Arbeitskämpfe und Queerfeminismus; Norbert (48), reisefreudiger Tontechniker und Bastler; Kaffeeholic; Nuria (45), industrielle Designerin mit einem großen Herz für Menschen, Kunst und Tanz.

In any case, it's important to us that we feel comfortable with each other.
We are: Mareike (mid-thirties) likes to swim in the Danube, is interested in labour struggles and queer feminism; Norbert (48), a sound engineer and handyman who loves to travel; a coffee-holic; Nuria (47), an industrial designer with a big heart for people, art and dance.
