Hallo zusammen :)
Wir sind eine 6er WG und bei uns werden ab April 1-2 Zimmer frei. Wir suchen eine entspannte Person.
Wir vermieten 1 Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein (9 m²), hat aber ein Hochbett. Bei Interesse ist das Zimmer teilmöbliert. Ab April bekommst auch wieder ein paar Sonnenstrahlen ab. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell!
Das Zimmer wäre ab April frei. Angedacht ist eine Zwischenmiete bis zum Semesterende / Ende Juli, aber eventuell ist das Zimmer auch länger zu haben.
Die Wohnung ist etwa 160 m² groß und ein Altbau mit Parkettboden. Haustiere haben wir keine, dafür eine Tierhaarallergie. Musizieren bitte nur in Maßen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Dapontegasse, 1030 Wien, beim Arenbergpark. Die nächste Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle (Ungargasse / Neulinggasse) sind zu Fuß 3 Minuten entfernt. Zur U-Bahn-Station „Rochusgasse“ braucht man 10 Minuten, zur S-Bahn-Station Rennweg 5 Minuten.
Wir sind derzeit 3 Frauen und 1 Mann (27 – 39 Jahre), darunter 1 Paar. Vielleicht kurz zu uns: Clara organisiert Besuche für ältere Menschen und verbringt viel Zeit mit ihren Nichten. Lisa arbeitet als Sozialpädagogin und kocht köstlichen Gemüsestrudel. Nanda beschneidet Bäume und macht Luftartistik. Tim arbeitet in einem Experimentierraum für Kinder und sitzt viel am Computer.
Es wird gern gesehen, wenn man beim Kochen auch an die anderen denkt und sich abwechselt. Das Essen ist meist bio und vegetarisch. Jede·r kauft, was er/sie möchte und wir teilen die Kosten dann am Ende des Monats. Du musst Dich aber nicht daran beteiligen.
Wenn Du mal zur Besichtigung vorbeikommen willst, kannst Du Dich gerne melden und vorbeikommen. Aber wenn Du gerade nicht in Wien bist, können wir das auch per Videokonferenz (Skype, Zoom, …) machen

We are 6 flat mates and there will be 1 – 2 rooms available in April. We are looking for a relaxed person, gender doesn’t matter.
INTERIM RENT, MAYBE LONGER: The room would be available from April. An interim lease is planned until the end of the semester / end of July, but the room may be available for longer.
RESIDENTS: We are currently 3 women and 1 man (27 – 39 years), including 1 couple. Maybe a little about us: Clara organizes visits for the elderly and spends a lot of time with her nieces. Lisa works as a social worker and cooks delicious vegetable strudel. Nanda trims trees and does aerial acrobatics. Tim works in an experiment room for children and sits a lot at the computer.
FOOD: It is appreciated if you think of others while cooking and take turns. The food is mostly organic and vegetarian. Everyone buys what he/she wants and we split the cost at the end of the month. But you don't have to participate.
YOUR ROOM: We rent out 1 room with a window to the inner courtyard. The room is relatively small (9 m²) but has a bunk bed. If you are interested, the room is partially furnished.
THE APARTMENT: The apartment is about 160 m² and is in an old building with parquet floors. We are on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator. You can smoke on the balcony. We don't have any pets, but we do have an allergy to animal hair. Please play music only in moderation.
LOCATION: The apartment is in Dapontegasse, 1030 Vienna, near Arenbergpark. The nearest tram and bus stops (Ungargasse / Neulinggasse) are a 3-minute walk away. It takes 10 minutes to get to the Rochusgasse underground station and 5 minutes to the Rennweg S-Bahn station.
If you would like to come by for a visit, you are welcome to contact us and come by. But if you are not in Vienna at the moment, we can also do it via video conference (Skype, Zoom, ...).
