Hallo :) Wegen eines Auslandssemesters vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer für das Wintersemester 2024/25. Nach Absprache besteht die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung für einen etwas kürzeren bzw. längeren Zeitraum zu vermieten (längstens Anfang August 2024 bis Ende Februar 2025).
Die 2er WG besteht aus einem großen Vorraum mit Sofa, zwei kleinen Abstellräumen, einem Bad, einem separaten WC, einer Küche und zwei geräumigen Schlafzimmern.
Dein Zimmer ist ungefähr 19 m² groß, mit drei Fenstern zu einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit einem 140*200 cm großem Bett, einem Nachttisch, einem Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischsessel, einem Ganzkörperspiegel, einer Kommode und einem Schrank.
Es gibt einen Lift und Platz für Fahrräder im ruhigen Innenhof und wenn benötigt auch zusätzliche Verstauungsmöglichkeiten im Keller.
Hello! :) Because of an exchange semester, I'm renting out my shared apartment for the wintersemester 2024/25. Upon discussion, there's a possibility to rent the apartment for a slightly shorter or longer duration (longest possible duration beginning of August 2024 until end of February 2025).
The shared apartment consists of a large entrance area with a sofa, two small storage rooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms.
Your room is approximately 19 m² in size, with three windows facing a lightly trafficked street. It is fully furnished with a 140 * 200 cm bed, a nightstand, a desk with a desk chair, a big mirror, a dresser and a wardrobe.
There is an elevator and some space for bicycles in the quiet courtyard and if needed space for additional storage in the basement.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. In 5 Minuten ist man beim Karlsplatz und damit bei den U-Bahn Linien U1, (U2) und U4 oder bei der U-Bahn-Station Taubstummengasse U1. Die Straßenbahnlinien D, 1, 62, 71 und die Badner Bahn befinden sich ebenfalls in Gehweite. Fast direkt neben der Wohnung gibt es einen Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Viele Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man im 1. Bezirk. Die TU Wien und die diplomatische Akademie Wien befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Andere Universitäten (Universität Wien, Wirtschaftsuniversität) sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 20 bis 30 Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment is located centrally. In 5 minutes, you can reach Karlsplatz, which gives you access to the subway lines U1, (U2), and U4, or the subway station Taubstummengasse U1. Tram lines D, 1, 62, 71, and the Badner Bahn are all within walking distance. There's a supermarket and other daily necessity shops almost right next to the apartment. Many bars and restaurants are within walking distance as well. You can reach the 1st district within a few minutes. The TU Wien and the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna are also in close proximity. Other universities (University of Vienna, Vienna University of Economics and Business) are reachable by public transport in 20 to 30 minutes.
Deine Mitbewohnerin heißt Franziska. Sie arbeitet Vollzeit, deswegen wirst du die Wohnung oft für dich alleine haben. Sie ist ein sehr lieber, ordentlicher Mensch und offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen. Wir freuen uns auf eine verantwortungsvolle und ordentliche Mitbewohnerin.
