Du bist auf der Suche nach einer ruhigen, gemütlichen und sauberen WG mit Balkon? Dann melde dich bei mir! 😊
Für meine 3er WG suche ich 2 neue Mitbewohner:innen. Zwei Zimmer sind aktuell verfügbar. Ein 24m² Zimmer mit Balkon für 636€ warm langfristig (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/10658893.html) und ein 10m² Zimmer für 400€ warm befristet bis August.
Das kleine, aber feine ca. 10m² große Zimmer ist mit einem gemütlichen Bettsofa ausgestattet und ist ab 7.1. frei. Spätestens Anfang Februar solltest du einziehen können.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist ungefähr 110 m² groß mit Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, WC und zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern.
Wir sind erst letztes Jahr in die Wohnung eingezogen und waren der Erstbezug nach der Sanierung. Parkettboden und Bad ist ganz neu und auch die Küche haben wir erst seit ein paar Monaten. Außerdem gibt es in der ganzen Wohnung eine Fußbodenheizung.
Platz genug gibt es in der Wohnung auf jeden Fall auch um deine Sachen außerhalb deines Zimmers zu verstauen.
Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. sind in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Die Miete setzt sich zusammen aus 294€ Kaltmiete zuzüglich anteilig Strom, Gas, Internet und der neuen GIS Haushaltsabgabe und sind dann gesamt alles inkl. 400€.
Ich bin ein sehr aktiver Mensch, viel unterwegs, auch in Wien bei Yoga oder Tanzen. Sonst bin ich oft im Kino oder auf Festivals anzutreffen, gehe gerne ins Theater oder mit Freund:innen essen. Kochen ist nicht meine Lieblingsbeschäftigung, gemeinsam macht es aber mehr Spaß.
Generell bin ich offen, reiselustig, habe u.a. in Kalifornien, Kanada und Schweden gelebt/studiert, bin politikinteressiert und für fast jeden Spaß zu haben.

The flat life is relaxed and rather quiet at times (as I'm often busy working or away).
I'm an open person, rather active and often out for dinner with friends, at the movies, in the theatre or at some other cultural event but also enjoy a relaxed evening at home from time to time. Some days, I work from home, others I'm gone all day in the studio or shooting on set. I spent some time living in Canada and Sweden and still love going back to the North. 😉
All amenities are included in the appartement (washer, dishwasher, etc) and also in the rent.

Ein paar Worte zu mir, deiner möglichen Mitbewohnerin:
Ich bin 30, Filmemacherin, Regieassistentin und Gestalterin ua beim ORF, bei anderen Produktionsfirmen und bei Veranstaltungen wie World of Hans Zimmer. Dementsprechend habe ich phasenweise recht azyklische Arbeitszeiten oder bin hin und wieder auch auf Produktionen im In- und Ausland. Abgesehen davon bin ich sonst auch recht aktiv. Tanzen, Yoga, Kino, Museen, Essen gehen, das alles steht eigentlich auch immer auf ihrem Wochenplan.
Große Parties kommen in der WG selbst eigentlich selten vor, wir haben aber schon hin und wieder Bekannte aus dem Ausland auf unserer Couch. Die steht allen offen. Trotzdem sind tägliche Partygeher, wohl eher nicht so geeignet für die WG.
Ich bin außerdem eher ein Nachtmenschen und gehe so gut wie nie vor Mitternacht ins Bett. Idealerweise bist du also kein absoluter Morgenmensch, damit wir da gut zusammenpassen.

I'm a 30 year old filmmaker, working mostly for TV but also other projects and live music shows and more. This means I often work late and also during weekends or at times I'm away on production. Otherwise, I'm also always on the run at dance class, in the cinema, at a museum or just at a restaurant with friends.
Even though, I'm not at home that much, I enjoy a relaxing evening at home.
Big parties rarely happen in the flat, but the couch is always open for friends and family to hang out and for people looking for a place to stay.
