In unserer 3er-WG wird ein großes Zimmer (28 m²), unmöbiliert, mit großen Fenstern frei. Das Zimmer ist getrennt begehbar und grenzt nicht direkt an die anderen WG-Zimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoß mit Lift. Das WC ist seperat vom Badezimmer. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden und wir haben auch ein kleines Kellerabteil für Fahrräder.

In our 3-person flatshare, a large room (28 m²), unfurnished, with large windows is becoming available. The room is separately accessible and does not directly adjoin the other bedrooms. The apartment is located on the top floor with an elevator. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. A dishwasher and washing machine are available, and we also have a small storage cellar for bicycles.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Bezirk, wenige Schritte von der Wiedner Hauptstraße und ca. 10 Minuten vom Karlsplatz entfernt. Im Umkreis von 5 Minuten gibt es zahlreiche Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants etc.

The flat is located in the 4th district, just a few steps from Wiedner Hauptstraße and about a 10-minute walk from Karlsplatz. Within a 5-minute walk, there are numerous supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, etc.

Wir sind beide 25 Jahre alt, studieren an der Uni Wien und sind nebenbei berufstätig. Bei uns in der WG herrscht ein sehr freundschaftliches Klima mit ausreichend Privatsphäre für jeden. Wir sind easy-going, flexibel und rücksichtsvoll und suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in, der*die diese Eigenschaften teilt. :)
Wir haben einen rotierenden Putzplan (1x pro Woche) und versuchen, alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche so gut wie möglich sauber zu halten. Wir sind keine Ordnungsfanatiker aber möchten, dass die WG gemütlich und sauber bleibt.

We are both 25 years old, studying at the University of Vienna, and working part-time. There's a very friendly atmosphere in the flat with enough privacy for everyone. We are easy-going, flexible, and considerate, and we're looking for a flatmate who shares these qualities. :)
We have a rotating cleaning schedule (once a week) and try to keep all common areas as clean as possible. We are not obsessive about order, but we want the flat to remain cozy and clean.
Wichtig ist uns, dass Du mit 1. Februar 2024 bereit wärst, in das Mietverhältnis einzusteigen. Falls Du Interesse oder sonstige Fragen hast, freuen wir uns von Dir zu hören und gerne auch eine Besichtigung auszumachen! :)
