es steht ein ruhiges 15 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer in einer zentral gelegenen WG im 4. Bezirk zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem renovierten Altbau mit hohen Decken. Das hofseitig gelegene Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und fast komplett möbliert. Es gibt ein 140cm breites Bett, einen geräumigen Schrank, einen Sessel, sowie Beistelltische und Lampen. Einzig ein Schreibtisch fehlt im Moment.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein schönes Badezimmer und eine kleine, aber gut ausgestattete Küche. Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist Philipp, 28 Jahre alt und studiert Architektur im Master. Philipp ist ein offener und freundlicher Mensch, der gerne kocht, jedoch aufgrund seines Studiums oft außer Haus ist.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Bezirk und bietet durch die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Das Zimmer wird vom 1. Februar bis Ende August zwischenvermietet.

There is a beautiful 15 square meter room available in a centrally located shared apartment in the 4th district. The apartment is situated in a renovated old building with high ceilings. The room, located on the courtyard side is quiet and comes almost fully furnished, including a comfortable bed, a spacious closet, an armchair, as well as side tables and lamps. The only thing missing at the moment is a desk.
The apartment features a lovely bathroom and a small but well-equipped kitchen. Your future flatmate is Philipp, 28 years old, currently pursuing a master’s degree in architecture. Philipp is an open and friendly individual who enjoys cooking, although he is often away due to his studies.
Located in the 4th district, the apartment provides easy access to public transportation, especially with its proximity to the main train station. The room is available for sublet from February 1st until the end of August.
