18m² room in beautiful 4 person shared flat near TU/Karslpatz

The flat is located in a perfect area in the 4th district, right between Naschmarkt, TU and Karlsplatz. From Karlsplatz, you can use the subway-lines U1 and U4 and reach pretty much everything in Vienna via tram/bus. There are Billa/Hofer/Asian/British supermarkets right across the street, several doctors and restaurants/bars in the nearby area and the Schikaneder Cinema/Bar next to our house.

The Mariahilfer Straße is 10 minutes of walking away, as are several other famous Vienna buildings, like the Opera or Albertina museum. If you're into pottery, there's a cute place for that in the street.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer super Gegen im 4. Bezirk, zwischen Naschkarkt, TU und Karlsplatz. Vom Karlsplatz aus ist man mit den U-Bahn Linien U1&U4 sowie diversen Straßenbahnen und Bussen extrem gut vernetzt und kommt überall gut hin. Billa, Hofer, asiatische und britische Supermärkte sind über die Straße zu finden, außerdem diverse Ärzte, Restaurants und Bars in der Gegend, sowie das Schikaneder Kino und Bar direkt nebenan.

Die Mariahilfer Straße ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso wie mehrere berühmte Wiener Gebäude, wie zB. die Oper oder die Albertina. Falls du auf Töpferei und Keramik bemalen stehst, da gibt's einen tollen Laden für um die Ecke.

Currently living in the flat are:

Stefan, 32, works as a freelancer in film and marketing. He likes all sorts of creativity, is a lot into making music (piano/loop station stuff) and very easy to talk to and be around. He is also full of surprises! You might randomly find him preparing a costume for a Dungeons & Dragons event, next moment he could be busy setting up a complicated installation that will connect the wifi to the radiators. He has a cute little dog named Marcy, who is with us every second week.

Tilman, 32, also works in film production, also is into making music (piano, blues harp) and currently heavily addicted to Catan online. He moved here form Germany a year ago and is still having fun discovering Austrian expressions.

Both of us like to play board games, cook/hang out/make music together, but we also have our quiet, alone-time evenings.

Zurzeit leben in der Wohnung:

Stefan, 32, selbstständig im Bereich Filmproduktion und Marketing. Er ist ein sehr kreativer Typ, macht gerne Musik (Klavier/Loopstation) und ein sehr angenehmer Gesprächspartner und Mitbewohner. Er ist außerdem voller Überraschungen, manchmal bastelt er stundenlang Dungeons & Dragons-Kostüme, manchmal verknüpft er in stundenlanger Detailarbeit das W-Lan Netz mit der Heizung. Er hat außerdem einen kleinen Hund namens Marcy, dieser ist jede zweite Woche bei uns.

Tilman ist auch 32, arbeitet auch im Bereich Film, auch am Musik machen (Klaiver/Mundharmonika). Er ist zurzeit schwer Siedler von Catan online süchtig und vor etwa einem Jahr aus Deutschland nach Wien gekommen. Er hat immer noch großen Spaß am Entdecken der Eigenheiten der österreichischen Sprache.

Wir beide spielen sehr gern Brettspiele, kochen/jammen zusammen oder hängen gemeinsam rum, haben aber auch unsere Abende, wo wir für uns alleine sind.

The flat is 190m² and has a fourth room, for which we are currently looking to find another person. We have a big room right after the entrance that we use as a living/dining room. There are two separate bathrooms, one with a tub, one with a shower - both with floor heating! Pets are okay in principle. There also is a tiny balcony, which can be used for smoking and storage.

Since we are all pretty new to this apartment, you have the chance to build something beautiful with us to make it a long lasting home. We're looking forward to getting to know you! :)

Die Wohnung ist 190m² groß und hat noch ein viertes Zimmer, dafür suchen wir auch gerade noch eine Person. Nach dem Eingang ist gleich ein riesen Wohn- bzw. Esszimmer. Es gibt zwei getrennte Bäder, eins davon mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne - beide mit Fußbodenheizung! Haustiere sind prinzipiell erlaubt. Es gibt auch einen winzigen Balkon, der zum Rauchen oder als Abstellbereich genutzt werden kann.

Da wir alle noch recht neu in der Wohnung sind, hast du die Chance, mit uns gemeinsam ein schönes und langfristiges zu Hause aufzubauen. Wir freuen uns drauf, dich kennenzulernen!
