With bitterness I am leaving my room in a building located in a central location in Vienna. The apartment is shared with a male PhD student and consists of: 2 bedrooms, a room with a projector (usually used for watching movies), a bathroom, a toilet and the kitchen.
The room is furnished as you see it in the photos,it's bright and faces an inner garden. the bed is huge and really confortable. I bought all the furniture in the room and various other items for the kitchen (including various dishes, pots and glasses and one of the two chairs for the kitchen table). I would ask for a (negotiable) contribution of 500 euros if you want to keep the furniture in the room and all these items.
I am available to schedule visits online or in person.
The basic rent + internet is 513 euros. Electricity and heating expenses are separate and amount to about 70 euros per month.

I am sad to leave this apartment precisely because of its benefits in terms of strategic location. it is located in a residential building opposite the Belvedere Palace, specifically opposite the D tram stop that takes you to Opera/ Karlsplatz U1 in 10 minutes. In 10 minutes by foot you can reach both Karlskirche where the U4 is located or the U1 Taubstummengasse stop.
The area is quiet and residential. It is the embassy district and is very quiet and safe. There are several stores within easy walking distance: Billa, Spar, Hoffer, Bipa and various cafes.
it is a very convenient location for those who want to travel and see other parts of Austria or other cities that can be reached by train: in fact, the central station ( Hauptbahnhof) can be easily reached on foot in 15 minutes or by the D tram in 5 minutes.
the apartment is shared with a nice, kind and very polite Russian guy who has been living in Vienna for years and who is currently doing his PhD at University. He is a sweet person, with whom you can have nice conversation in the evenings. He is passionate about languages (speaks German and French), traveling, going out with friends, working out at the gym and cooking.
