WG Zimmer in Toller Lage nähe Hauptbahnhof - Miete inkl Strom/Gas/Internet

Die Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet angebunden nachdem der Hauptbahnhof mit diversen öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt liegt. In der Umgebung gibt es diverse Lokalen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an Sonntagen.

The apartment is excellently connected as the main train station with various public transportation options is only a 3-minute walk away. In the surrounding area there are various restaurants and also shopping facilities on Sundays.

Neben dir in deinem zukünftigen Zimmer leben Laris (21 Architekturtudent), Mario (31 arbeitstätig) und Moritz (30 arbeitstätig) in unserer WG.
Wir sehen uns nicht als “Zweck WG” und verbringen gerne abende oder die eine oder andere Feierei in der WG zusammen, respektieren aber auch wenn man sich zurückziehen möchte.
Wir hatten keine hohe Fluktuation in der WG und wohnen inzwischen alle mindestens 2-3 Jahre gemeinsam.

Laris (21 Architecture student), Mario (31 working) and Moritz (30 working) live next to you in your future room in our shared flat.
We don't see ourselves as a "special purpose flat share" and enjoy spending evenings or the odd party together in the flat share, but we also respect people who want to withdraw.
We haven't had a high turnover in the flat share and have all lived together for at least 2-3 years now.

Nach 6 Jahren in unserer WG zieht Laurenz Ende diesen Monats aus und daher wird in unserer schönen Altbau 4er WG mit 1 April ein geräumiges Zimmer frei.

Wir sind an Haushaltsgeräten gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine/Geschirrspüler) und nachdem wir gerne Kochen lässt auch die Küche nichts zu wünschen übrig

Die Miete beinhaltet sowohl die Energiekosten als auch das Internet. Nachdem wir aktuell noch die erhöhten Energiepreise aus der Vergangenheit mittragen müssen gehen wir davon aus, dass sich die Miete in Zukunft etwas reduzieren könnte

Die Wohnung misst insgesamt 113 m2 und teilt sich in 4 Schlafzimmer (Wovon 1 relativ klein ist), einer Wohnküche, ein Vor/Esszimmer sowie einem Bad und getrennten WC auf. Die Miete inkludiert ebenfalls ein Kellerabteil und im Innenhof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden

After 6 years in our shared flat, Laurenz is moving out at the end of this month and therefore a spacious room will be available in our beautiful old 4-person shared flat from April 1st.

We are well equipped with household appliances (washing machine/dishwasher) and since we like to cook, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

The rent includes both the energy costs and the internet. Since we currently have to bear the increased energy prices from the past, we assume that the rent could be reduced somewhat in the future

The apartment measures a total of 113 m2 and is divided into 4 bedrooms (1 of which is relatively small), a kitchen/living room, a front/dining room, a bathroom and separate WC. The rent also includes a cellar compartment and bicycles can be parked in the inner courtyard.
