in unserer geliebten WG werden ab 1.6. zwei Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Jojos Erasmus Zeit in Wien geht zu Ende und eine Freundin zieht im August ein, sodass Zimmer 2 für Juni und Juli für jemanden verfügbar ist. Max (er/ihm, 32) ist über den Sommer viel unterwegs für seine Ausbildung als Wildnispädagoge und würde daher sein Zimmer (Zimmer 1) untervermieten.
Ich, Sarah (sie/ihr 31) bleibe über den Sommer in der WG und suche 2 liebe Menschen, die zur Zwischenmiete hier wohnen wollen. Max wird an ein paar Wochenenden auch zu Besuch da sein. Für ein paar Tage sind wir dann also auch mal 4 Personen in der WG. Wir werden aber auch recht viel unterwegs sein und es betrifft nicht viele Tage. Wir können da gerne im Detail dann auch noch drüber sprechen wie das dann aussieht.
Bitte beachtet auch, dass die angegebene Miete aus der Anzeige sich auf Zimmer 2 bezieht. Das war leider nicht so leicht zwei Zimmer gleichzeitig in der Anzeige gut anzuzeigen, aber ich hoffe ihr kennt euch aus.
Hier einmal die Eckdaten für die beiden freien Zimmer:
Zimmer 1 (siehe Bilder)
Zeitraum: 1.6. - 31.8
Größe: 23m²
Miete: 477€ all inclusive
Möbel: Schlafcouch, Regal, Stereoanlage, Schrank
Dieses Zimmer wird Max untervermieten und er macht euch gerne Platz für eure Sachen, aber prinzipiell würdet ihr einfach mit seinen Möbeln leben.
Zimmer 2 (siehe Bilder)
Zeitraum: 1.6. - 31.7
Größe: 20m² aufgeteilt auf zwei Räume, die verbunden sind
Miete: 387€ all inclusive (Das ist die Miete, die in der Anzeige verwendet wurde)
Möbel: Bett, Schreibtisch und Regal, kleine Tische --> da das Bett und der Schreibtisch von Jojo für ihr Erasmus extra besorgt wurden, würde sie sie kostenlos weitergeben, wenn du sie am Ende deines Aufenthalts wieder verkaufst (z.B. über Willhaben)
Da ja zwei Zimmer frei werden, gebt bitte Bescheid für welches der beiden Zimmer ihr euch interessieren würdet :) Alle Zimmer sind getrennt voneinander begehbar.
Gut, dann jetzt noch ein bisschen etwas zur Wohnung allgemein:
Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung mit eigenständiger Küche, einem kleinen Balkon für alle, Badewanne (+Waschmaschine) und eigenständiger Toilette. Beide Zimmer sind wie unsere ganze Wohnung in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist es wirklich total ruhig hier.

two rooms in our beloved shared flat will be available for interim rent from June 1st.
Jojo's Erasmus time in Vienna is coming to an end and a friend is moving in in August, so room 2 is available for someone for June and July. Max (he/him, 32) is traveling a lot over the summer for his training as a wilderness educator and would therefore sublet his room (room 1).
I, Sarah (she/her, 31) will be staying in the shared flat over the summer and am looking for 2 lovely people who would like to live here as a temporary tenant. Max will also be visiting for a few weekends. So there will be 4 of us in the shared flat for a few days. But we'll also be traveling a lot and it won't be many days. We can talk in detail about what that will look like.
Please also note that the rent stated in the advertisement refers to room 2. Unfortunately, it was not so easy to show two rooms at the same time in the ad, but I hope you know your way around.
Here are the key data for the two vacant rooms:
Room 1 (see pictures)
Period: 1.6. - 31.8
Size: 23m²
Rent: 477€ all inclusive
Furniture: sofa bed, shelf, stereo system, Cupboard
Max will sublet this room and he will gladly make room for your things, but in principle you would just live with his furniture.
Room 2 (see pictures)
Period: 1.6. - 31.7
Size: 20m² divided into two rooms that are connected
Rent: 387€ all inclusive (This is the rent that was used in the ad)
Furniture: bed, desk and shelf, small tables --> as the bed and desk were bought by Jojo for her Erasmus, she would give them away for free if you sell them again at the end of your stay (e.g. via Willhaben)
As there will be two rooms available, please let us know which of the two rooms you would be interested in :) All rooms can be accessed separately.
Well, now a little bit about the apartment in general:
The apartment is a nice old building apartment with an independent kitchen, a small balcony for everyone, bathtub (+ washing machine) and independent toilet. Both rooms are in a quiet backyard, just like our whole apartment. Despite the proximity to the train station, it's really quiet here.
Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen gut angebunden. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet damit Zugang zur U1 und einer ganzen Reihe anderer S-Bahnen, Buslinien und Bims und natürlich Fernverkehr. Möglichkeiten einzukaufen gibt es fast zu viele.
Durch die Nachbarschaft vom botanischen Garten der Uni Wien, dem Schloss Belvedere, dem Schweizergarten und dem Arsenalpark gibt es außerdem viele Grünanlagen in unmittelbarer Umgebung (5-15 Minuten zu Fuß). Wer es gerne ein wenig urbaner möchte, steht in ca. 20 Minuten auch vor der Karlskirche. Es sind auch einige gute Lokale mit veganen/vegetarischen Speisen fußläufig erreichbar z.B. Swing Kitchen (Burger), Tolstoy (Pizza), Gorilla Kitchen (Burrito), Som Kitchen (Thai). Wir bestellen uns auch mal gerne was zu essen, aktuell am liebsten bei der Biofrische :)

The apartment is extremely well connected. The main train station is a 5-minute walk away and offers access to the U1 and a whole range of other suburban trains, bus lines and Bims and, of course, long-distance transport. There are almost too many shopping opportunities.
Due to the neighborhood of the botanical garden of the University of Vienna, the Belvedere Palace, the Schweizergarten and the Arsenalpark, there are also many green spaces in the immediate vicinity (5-15 minutes on foot). If you want to be a little more urban, you can also be in front of the Karlskirche church in around 20 minutes. There are also some good restaurants with vegan/vegetarian food within walking distance, e.g. Swing Kitchen (burgers), Tolstoy (pizza), Gorilla Kitchen (burritos), Som Kitchen (Thai). We also like to order food from time to time, currently preferably from Biofrische :)
Kurz etwas über mich und Max: Zunächst einmal würden wir gerne erwähnen, dass wir seit einigen Jahren in einer Partnerschaft sind und jetzt seit einigen Jahren im WG-Format leben.
Ich (Sarah) über mich:
Ich habe mal Sozioökonomie studiert und arbeite aktuell in der außeruniversitären Forschung an Gleichstellung in der Wissenschaft z.B. an Unis. Ich arbeite Teilzeit und mache nebenher das Psychotherapeutische Propädeutikum. Wenn ich frei habe, lese ich gerne, höre viele Podcasts (v.a. zu Psychotherapie/Psychologie) und mache Yoga. Ansonsten treffe ich gerne Freund*innen, z.B. zum Spazieren gehen, ins Museum, auf einen Kaffee/ein Getränk am Abend oder auf Demos. Ich bin den Sommer über in der Wohnung, werde aber im Juni 2 Wochen auf Urlaub sein und im August für 3 Wochen. In der Zeit kann gerne der 2. Balkon in meinem Zimmer genutzt werden :)
Max über sich: Ich habe als Betreuer für Menschen mit Behinderung(en) und bin gerade auf Bildungskarenz, in der ich Ausbildungen in der Wildnispädagogik und dann auch Kunsttherapie machen werde. Ich werde nur ab und zu auch mal in der WG sein und dann bei Sarah im Zimmer schlafen. Ansonsten entdecke ich gerade meine kreative Seite, die so lange geschlummert hat. Ich probiere gerade ganz viel neues aus, Malen mit Zeichentusche und Aquarell, Tanzen (z.B. Authentic Movement, Social Presencing Theatre), Gitarre spielen, Blumengestecke mit getrockneten Blumen, eine ganze Menge, haha. Was ich schon länger in meinem Leben habe ist Meditieren, Gewaltfreie Kommunikation und Qi Gong/ Tai Qi.
Unser WG Leben zeichnet sich durch Gemütlichkeit und einen rücksichtsvollen Umgang aus. Uns ist total wichtig, dass sich alle wohl fühlen, die Bedürfnisse aller ernst genommen werden und offen kommuniziert wird

Sauberkeit |
Ein Bedürfnis, über das wir gerne schon vorab informieren möchten ist die Sauberkeit. Ich würde sagen wir waren bisher nicht penibel, was die Sauberkeit angeht, schauen aber doch, dass alles in einem angenehmen Rahmen bleibt. Wir haben jedenfalls einen wöchentlichen Putzplan für die Gemeinschaftsräume, sodass sich alle wohl fühlen können.
WG-Plenum |
Normalerweise haben wir ab und an (ca. 1x im Monat) ein WG-Plenum, wo man frei über alles reden kann, was so das Zusammenleben betrifft. Bisher konnten wir so bei einem gemütlichen Glas Wein oder einem Tässchen Tee noch alles bequatschen :) Da die Zeiträume für die Zwischenmieten jetzt nicht so lange sind, wird das vielleicht nicht so häufig notwending sein. Ich wollte trotzdem zeigen, dass die Bereitschaft dafür da ist :)
Ernährung und Essen |
Außerdem sollte erwähnt werden, dass ich mich vegan ernähre und ich mir Mitbewohnis wünsche, die in der Wohnung vegetarisch oder vegan essen, also primär geht es vor allem darum kein Fisch oder Fleisch in der Wohnung zu haben. Bitte nehmt darauf auch kurz Bezug wie das für euch ist :)
Allzu viel kann ich zum WG-Leben hier gar nicht mehr schreiben, da sich mit euch als zwei neue Mitbewohnis sicher ein ganz eigenes WG-Leben entwickeln wird.
Außerdem ganz wichtig für mich:

Briefly about me and Max: First of all, we would like to mention that we have been in a partnership for a few years and have now been living in a shared flat also for a few years.
Me (Sarah) about myself:
I once studied socioeconomics and currently work in non-university research on gender equality in science e.g. at universities. I work part-time and do the psychotherapeutic preparatory course on the side. When I have time off, I like to read, listen to lots of podcasts (especially on psychotherapy/psychology) and do yoga. Otherwise, I like to meet friends, e.g. to go for a walk, to a museum, for a coffee/drink in the evening or at demos. I will be in the apartment over the summer, but will be on vacation for 2 weeks in June and 3 weeks in August. During this time you are welcome to use the 2nd balcony in my room :)
Max about himself: I have worked as a caregiver for people with disabilities and am currently on educational leave, during which I will do training in wilderness education and then also art therapy. I'll only be in the shared flat from time to time and then sleep in Sarah's room. Apart from that, I'm just discovering my creative side, which has been dormant for so long. I'm trying out lots of new things at the moment, painting with drawing ink and watercolor, dancing (e.g. Authentic Movement, Social Presencing Theatre), playing the guitar, flower arrangements with dried flowers, lots of things, haha. Meditation, non-violent communication and Qi Gong/ Tai Qi have been part of my life for a long time.
Our shared flat is characterized by cosiness and considerate interaction. It's really important to us that everyone feels comfortable, that everyone's needs are taken seriously and that we communicate openly.

| Cleanliness |
One need that we would like to mention in advance is cleanliness. I would say that we have not been fussy about cleanliness so far, but we do make sure that everything is kept within a pleasant framework. In any case, we have a weekly cleaning schedule for the communal areas so that everyone can feel comfortable.
| Shared flat plenum |
We usually have a plenary session every now and then (about once a month) where we can talk freely about anything that concerns living together. So far, we've been able to chat about everything over a glass of wine or a cup of tea :) As the periods for both interim tenancies are not so long now, this may not be necessary so often. Nevertheless, I wanted to show that the willingness is there :)
| Nutrition and food |
It should also be mentioned that I eat a vegan diet and I would like to have flatmates who eat vegetarian or vegan food in the apartment, so it is primarily about not having fish or meat in the apartment. Please also briefly refer to how this is for you :)
I can't write too much more about life in the shared flat here, because with two new flatmates, life in the shared flat will certainly develop into a life of its own :)
