Dear students,
From now onwards there are 4 rooms available in a newly renovated and furnished shared student apartment in the 4th district, in Johann-Strauß-Gasse. Metro Station Südtiroler Platz, a 13 A Busstation and tram 1 and 62 station are just next by. In total there are 4 sleeping rooms, as it just got renovated and only now ready to move in, noone lives in there yet.The rooms are furnished with a ned (140cm in the big room, 90cm in the other rooms), including a pillow and a blanket, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is also a washing maschine. The private rooms cost 420,- (12 m2), 400,- (10m2) and 380,- (8m2) per month. Its all included (internet, gas..) and furnished. The deposit is two months rent. No smoking and no pets. The contract can be cancelled with a 2-months notice, by the end of february, august, september.
