Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 m2 groß, vollmöbliert und ruhig (Richtung Innenhof). Die Miete beträgt 370 Euro inkl. Nebenkosten zuzüglich 17 Euro für Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 3 Monatsmieten. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer sehr großzügigen Altbauwohnung, die zu gemütlichen Abenden einlädt, jedoch auch viel Platz für Ruhe bietet. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorzimmer, Bad mit Badewanne, WC, begehbarem Schrank, Küche mit kleinem Essbereich und einem ca. 28 m2 großen und hellen Wohnzimmer.

The room is 22 m2 big, fully furnitured und quiet (room facing the innercourt). The rent is 370 Euro including all costs plus 17 Euro for the internet. There will be a deposit of 3 times the monthly rent. The room is part of a spacious appartment where cozy and social evenings can be easily arranged but also where one can relax for their own. The flat consists of a hallway, bath with bathtub, toilette, a walk-in closet, kitchen with a small dining area and a bright living room of about 28 m2.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im 4ten Bezirk mit sehr guten Anbindungen zum öffentlichen Verkehr. In der Nähe befinden sich die U-Bahnstationen U4 Kettenbrückengasse, U1 Taubstummengasse, Straßenbahnlinien 62, 1 und Badner Bahn und den Busstationen 13A und 59A. Den Naschmarkt erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß sowie weitere viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Hofer, Billa, Spar, Apotheke, Post oder Bipa. In der Umgebung gibt es viele nette Cafés, Restaurants, kleine Spezialitätengeschäfte oder den Karlsplatz, wo man seine Freizeit genießen kann. Die Innenstadt mit dem Stephansdom als auch die Mariahilferstraße erreicht man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Naschmarkt is within 5 minutes walking distance as well as many other shopping possibilites like Hofer, Billa, Spar, pharmacies, post office or Bipa. In the area are many nice cafés, restaurants, small speciality shops or the Karlsplatz where you can enjoy your free time. You can reach the city centre with the Stephansdom or Marialhilferstraße within 15 minutes of walking.
