Das Zimmer ist 16m2 groß mit einem Mosaikparkettboden. Morgens kann man durch die Fensterfront viel Sonne aus dem Bett genießen und eine Couch gibt viel Platz für gemütliche Filmabende. Das Zimmer richtet sich auf die Straße, aber da wir uns auf einer Seitenstraße befinden ist es sehr ruhig :)
The Room is 16m2 with a mosaic parquet floor. In the morning, a lot of sun will come through the window facade and there is a couch from where you can enjoy the cozy movie nights. The room is facing the street, but since we are in a side street it is quiet :)
Die Lage ist perfekt im 4. Bezirk, direkt am Hauptbahnhof gelegen, wodurch man direkte Anbindung and die U1, verschiedenste Bims und die S-Bahn hat. Zur U1 läuft man nur eine Minute, zum Hauptbahnhof 3-4. Zudem gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Cafés gleich in nächster Umgebung, wie die Pizzeria Pronto Volante :)
The place is perfect in the 4th district next to the "Hauptbahnhof", where you can get the U1, different Trams, Buses or Trains. To the U1 you have to walk 1-2 Minutes, to the Hauptbahnhof itself approximately 3-4- There are also multiple restaurants, cafes, bars, and whatever your heart desires in the vicinity like the pizzeria Pronto Volante :)
Hier lebt Eduard ( studierte Geschichte und ist jetzt in Selbständig in der Ahnenforschung) und Maurice (studierte Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen und arbeitet jetzt full time). Es wird bei uns großen Wert auf gegenseitigen Respekt, Ruhe und Sauberkeit gelegt und natürlich auch darauf sich gut kennenzulernen und manchmal auch gemeinsam zu Kochen oder relaxed am Abend einfach zu plaudern. Aber da unsere Leben doch auch sehr stressig sein können ist "me-time" sehr wichtig und es ist ein ruhiges zusammenleben da die Partyzeit schon ein wenig vorüber ist :)

Living here is Eduard (studied History and is now working in Genealogy) and Maurice (studied Business Administration and Engineering and is working full-time now). Very important for us is mutual respect and cleanliness, but of course evenings together where we cook or just relax and talk are also amazing. But since our life is sometimes pretty full we also think "me-time" is important and the appartment is quiet and calm because of that since our party days are almost over :)
