If you are looking for a nice bright apartment in the 4th district, 2 mins from HBF and U1, this might be a nice opportunity. The Penthouse has amazing big common spaces and many windows. It is a 70s build maisonette on the upper most floor of the building including a ca. 25 m2 terrace with garden. The hydraulics were updated recently, so there is no leaking and corrosion on any chrome piece in kitchen and bathroom. The room is 14 m2 and has a quite big window wich gives you a lot of light during the day. Another fact about the flat that is quite special is that you see the skyline of vienna from the windowfront in the living room. From the terrace you can climb a ladder to the roof of the building, thats amazing for sunrise after houseparty and many more things. Big, well equipped kitchen (italian cooking going on here), 2x bathroom.
You can park your bike inside under a roof.

All the other people in the flat are super sympatic and you would share your flat with two other italians cooking amazing food and having a passion for party and good wine and an american girl that can handle more tequilla then most men.

Next to HBhf. U1 Südtiroler Platz, 13A bus just around the corner. Quite streets, not much noise at night. Shops and markets in walking distance.
Your flatmates are Martin, Evi and Natalie. Martin is working in the wine business. Interested in wine and good food, ready, active and easy going. When not working, he is doing sport, music, meeting friends, visiting exhibitions etc.
Evi is currently in her math/bio master studies, when she finds some free time she likes to be out with friends, especially at parties. She is always open for some gossip and is very sociable. Natalie lives on the top floor and is currently finishing her psychology studies. With her easy going nature she always brings a good mood into the house.
The Flat is big and has many common spaces, so generaly we hang out together but everyone finds also his privacy.
We are all quite relaxed and like to talk, cook together and share stories.
