Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, wird mein geräumiges helles Zimmer in meiner geliebten WG frei. Das Zimmer ist süd-östlich gelegen, also sehr hell - Pflanzen gedeihen wunderbar! Bis auf zwei Kästchen und eine Kleiderstange bleiben alle Möbel drinnen - ohne Ablöse, da die auch schon vor mir da waren, aber du kannst sie natürlich auch loswerden wenn du willst (: Die Miete beträgt 515€ all inclusive. Leider ist die Kaution ziemlich hoch und beträgt 1500€, die bekommst du aber wieder wenn du ausziehst.
btw: Manchmal kann es etwas länger dauern, bis wir zurückschreiben, da es nicht so einfach ist so viele Leute zu koordinieren (:

Since I'm moving in with my boyfriend, my big, bright room in my beloved shared flat is free. The room is south-east, so very bright - plants thrive wonderfully! Except for two boxes and a clothes rail, all the furniture stays inside - without a fee, since it was there before me, but of course you can get rid of it if you want (: The rent is 515€ all inclusive. The deposit is pretty high and costs 1500€ but you will get it back when you move out.
btw: sometimes we take a bit longer to respond to messages, because it is not so easy to coordinate everything with so many people (:
Unsere WG ist 5 Gehminuten vom Karlsplatz entfernt, also sehr zentral gelegen und du hast Straßenbahn und Ubahn auch in maximal 5 Gehminuten erreicht, das heißt du bist eigentlich überall sehr schnell mit den Öffis.

Our shared flat is 5 minutes walking distance from Karlsplatz, so it‘s very central and also subway and tram is max 5 minutes away, which means you can actually be everywhere in a very short time by public transport.
Du wirst mit 8 lieben Menschen (Adriana, Lisi, Charles und Sofia, Jacob, Lukas, Natalia und Moritz) mit unterschiedlichen Backrounds zusammenwohnen. Das hört sich vielleicht nach viel Trubel an, aber in Wahrheit sind wir eher eine ruhige und familiäre WG, die oft und gern zusammensitzt und eher wenig Party zuhause macht - mit Überzeugungskraft kannst du das aber ändern, wenn du willst (: Auf jeden Fall wird aber immer jemand zum plaudern, Kaffee trinken (in unserer großen Küche), Film schauen (wir haben einen Beamer im Wohnzimmer), oder für eine Zigarette (in unserem Vorraum/Raucher*innenlounge) da sein. Wenn du lieber deine Ruhe hast, kannst du dich natürlich auch in dein Zimmer zurückziehen - alle werden deine Bedürfnisse respektieren. Best of both worlds sozusagen :) Wir haben wirklich viel Platz in unserer Wohnung (230 qm), genügend Sofas, ein E-Piano, Gitarren, zwei Badezimmer, drei Toiletten und ganz viele Spiele. Besuch darfst du auch gerne bringen.

You will live with 8 lovely people (Adriana, Lisi, Charles und Sofia, Jacob, Lukas, Natalia und Moritz) with different backrounds. It may sound a lot, but in reality we are a pretty chill and family-like flat and we love to spend time together, even if we don‘t party a lot at home - you can change that if you want (: Anyways there will always be somebody ready to talk, to drink coffee (in our big kitchen), to watch a movie (we have a beamer in our living room), or to smoke a cigarette (in our entry room/smokinglounge). If you prefer to be on your own you can always retire to your room - everyone will respect your needs. Best of both worlds! We really have plenty of room in our flat (230 square meters), enough sofas, an e-piano, guitars, two bathrooms, three toilets and a lot of games. Of course you can also invite people.
