Der Altbau hat einen schönen Eingang und die 140qm Wohnung ist gleich im Mezzanine gelegen. Das Zimmer mit seinen 30qm ist komplett möbliert und gemütlich eingerichtet, perfekt wenn du neu in Wien bist und erstmal in Ruhe ankommen willst. Tagsüber ist das Zimmer lichtdurchflutet und perfekt zum Arbeiten, du hast aber auch nach innen verschließbaren Fensterläden, falls es dir mal zu viel wird ;).
The old Viennese style building has a beautiful old entrance and the 140m2 apartment is right at the first floor. Your 30m2 room is completely furnished and cosy. During the day the room is full of light which is perfect for working, but you also have wooden curtains in case it's too much for you ;).
Du lebst hier im Zentrum Wiens. Alle zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Technische Universität befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Vor der Haustüre befindet sich die U1 Station "Taubstummengasse", von der aus man überall schnell hinfahren kann. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars.
You are really living in the very center! Karlsplatz, Naschmarkt and Schloss Belvedere are at walking distance from our flat. Also the Techincal University is right at your doorstep. Right in front of the building (maybe 15 meters) you find U1 Taubstummgasse and you'll be anywhere in no time. There are some tramway lines passing at the other end of the street and the bus 13a is very close. Also Supermarkets and other shops, restaurants and bars are nearby!
Wir sind keine Zweck- WG und verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander. Wir nehmen aber auch viel Rücksicht aufeinander, falls man mal Ruhe braucht. Es gibt in der Wohnung zusätzlich ein Esszimmer mit großer Couch und ein Wohnzimmer, in dem sich eine Bar befindet und wo wir auf unserem Beamer zusammen Filme schauen.
Deine Mitbewohner:
Thibault: Ist aus Frankreich, kam ursprünglich wegen eines Praktikums nach Wien und will jetzt nie wieder woanders wohnen :D Mit ihm kannst du Sport treiben und feiern gehen. Er ist für jeden Spaß zu haben!
Jithin: Macht gerade seinen Master an der TU und arbeitet nebenbei. Er ist außerdem ein leidenschaftlicher Koch und kann Stunden in der Küche verbringen. Wenn er etwas gebacken hat stellt er es gerne ins Wohnzimmer und jeder kommt in den Genuss...
Till: Studiert Architektur an der TU und ist deshalb häufig modellbauend am Wohnzimmertisch zu finden. Außerdem spielt er leidenschaftlich Theater und liebt elektronische Musik.
We're not a strictly purpose-driven flatshare, and we enjoy spending time together. However, we also respect each other's need for peace and quiet. In the apartment, there's an additional dining room with a large couch and a living room with a bar where we watch movies together on our projector.
Your flatmates:
Thibault: Is originally vom France and came to Vienna for an Internship. But he fell in love with the city and now he can't imagine living anywhere else :D Thibault is usually up for anything! Especially when it comes to Sports and Partys.
Jithin: Is doing his Master at the TU and is also working. His favorite Hobby is cooking. He can spend hours in the kitchen and sometimes we can taste his awesome baking creations :)
Till: He's studying architecture at the Technical University (TU), which is why you can often find him building models at the living room table. Additionally, he's deeply passionate about theater and enjoys electronic music.
Ich werde von Anfang Oktober bis Ende Februar ein Praktikum in Portugal machen und möchte mein geliebtes Zimmer untervermieten. Ich wohne wirklich super gerne mit den 3 Jungs zusammen und weiß jetzt schon, dass du dich wohlfühlen wirst :). Wenn du ein Praktikum in Wien machst, oder dein Semester im Herbst beginnt, diese Wohnung ist der perfekte Ort im Zentrum Wiens

I will be in Portugal for an internship, that's why I want to sublent my room (beginning of october- end of february). I love to live with the guys and I already know that they will make you feel like this is your home :).
