Since my friend is moving to a new apartment closer to his new job place, I am looking for a new flat mate for a beautiful 12m2 cozy room in a 2er WG. The room will be rented empty. The room is very bright and well isolated from street noise as it is located in the Innenhof (inner courtyard) side.
The flat is located in a very central location, in the 4th district between Wiedner Hauptstraße and Wien Hauptbahnhof (the main train station).

I am a 29-year-old engineer, working in Baden so during the week-days I only come back home after 18h. I speak English, French and German. I like to go to the gym or to play football on weekends when Vienna's weather allows🙂 During the working days I tend to chill at home and watch Netflix! I'm very extroverted person and like to meet new people! I have been living in student dorms and WGs since 2014 so I am experienced in shared area living. I think the most important things for a WG is to keep the apartment clean, good atmosphere/clear communication and mutual respect.
