Hello! Since I’m sadly moving out at the end of the month, I’m looking for someone to take my room in our beautiful shared flat.
The apartment is on the third floor of a very pretty late Jugendstil building. It has beautiful wooden floors and big windows facing southeast and northwest, so there is plenty of sunlight for most of the day. The common rooms are made up of a large hallway, a newly renovated bathroom and separate toilet, a kitchen with lots of counter space, a little storage room, a big and mostly sun-flooded living room, and a little balcony ideal for smokers and storing beers. The entire apartment was painted late last year. All rooms are separately accessible.
The room (approximately 25m2 in area) faces Wiedner Hauptstraße and can be accessed through the hall or shared living room as it has two doors. It is very spacious, with a high ceiling, and as seen in the pictures, comes with:
- A bedframe, comfortable mattress (with topper), and newly bought bed linen (as I won’t be able to take it with me)
- A clothes rack with hangars and hanging clothes storage with six compartments
- Cupboard with glass upper doors
- Rug
For the furniture in the bedroom along with a the fully furnished kitchen and living room with TV, I am requesting a fee of €400.

Hallo! Da ich leider Ende des Monats ausziehe, suche ich jemanden, der mein Zimmer in unserer schönen Wohngemeinschaft übernimmt.
Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines sehr hübschen späten Jugendstilgebäudes. Sie hat schöne Holzböden und große Fenster, die nach Südosten und Nordwesten ausgerichtet sind, so dass die meiste Zeit des Tages viel Sonnenlicht einfällt. Die Gemeinschaftsräume bestehen aus einem großen Flur, einem neu renovierten Bad und einer separaten Toilette, einer Küche mit viel Arbeitsfläche, einem kleinen Abstellraum, einem großen und meist sonnendurchfluteten Wohnzimmer und einem kleinen Balkon, der sich ideal zum Rauchen und Abstellen von Bier eignet. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde Ende letzten Jahres neu gestrichen. Alle Räume sind separat begehbar.
Das Zimmer (ca. 25m2) ist zur Wiedner Hauptstraße hin ausgerichtet und kann durch den Gang oder das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer betreten werden, da es zweiTüren hat. Es ist sehr geräumig, hat eine hohe Decke und ist, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ausgestattet mit:
- Ein Bettgestell, eine bequeme Matratze (mit Topper) und neu gekaufte Bettwäsche (da ich sie nicht mitnehmen kann)
- Ein Kleiderständer mit Kleiderbügeln und einer Hängegarderobe mit sechs Fächern
- Schrank mit oberen Glastüren
- Vorleger
Für die Möbel im Schlafzimmer sowie die komplett eingerichtete Küche und das Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher verlange ich eine Gebühr von 400€.

Lowell (24) is from the US and is working in Vienna as an English TA. In his free time, he plays French horn in the Uni Wien orchestra and likes to be out in nature.
Laura is from Australia and works is engineering. She likes to play sport and enjoys the sunshine and friendly laughs with friends and flatmates.
We are a pretty laid-back apartment, and we don’t mind if you need some privacy. At the same time, we are always open to watching films, going out for a drink, or other shared activities if you’re up for it.
We would also prefer someone who values cleanliness.

Lowell (24) kommt aus den USA und arbeitet in Wien als Englisch-TA. In seiner Freizeit spielt er Waldhorn im Orchester der Uni Wien und ist gerne in der Natur unterwegs.
Laura kommt aus Australien und arbeitet als Ingenieurin. Sie treibt gerne Sport und genießt die Sonne und das freundliche Lachen mit Freunden und Mitbewohnern.
Wir sind eine ziemlich entspannte Wohnung, und es macht uns nichts aus, wenn man etwas Privatsphäre braucht. Gleichzeitig sind wir aber auch immer offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen wie Filme schauen, etwas trinken gehen oder andere gemeinsame Aktivitäten, wenn du Lust dazu hast.
Wir würden auch jemanden bevorzugen, der Wert auf Sauberkeit legt.
