Nachdem ich im nächsten Wintersemester auf Erasmus gehe, wird in unserer 4er WG ein Zimmer frei.
Es ist alles in der Wohnung da, was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Kleiderständer usw. Darüber brauchst du dir keine Gedanken machen :)
Die Wohnung ist in zwei Flügel aufgeteilt, wo sich jeweils zwei Zimmern befinden und ein Badezimmer befinden.
Also du teilst dir das Badezimmer mit einer Person.
In der Mitte befindet sich der Zentrale Punkt der Wohnung, die Wohnküche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler und genug Stauraum für deine Sachen. Ebenfalls ein großer Tisch zum gemeinsem Essen, Trinken, Spielen ist auch vorhanden :)
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und gemütlich. Ich würde das möbliert übergeben: Bett (200x140), Schreibtisch, Kommode werde ich da lassen.

Because I am going on Erasmus next winter semester, a room will become available in our flat.
Everything you need for the daily life is in the flat: washing machine, clothing racks, vacuum etc. You don't have to worry about that :)
The flat is divided into two parts, each with two rooms and a bathroom. So you share your bathroom with one person.
In the middle of the flat is the kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher and here is enough storage space for your things. There is also a large table for eating, drinking and playing together.
The room is very bright and cosy. I would hand it over furnished: I will leave the bed (200x140), desk and a commode.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Mitten des 5. Bezirks und man ist sehr schnell an der TU und die Hauptuni ist auch nicht so weit weg.
Es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort (Billa, Lidl, Spar, Hofer sind keine 10 Gehminuten entfernt).
Öffis: Die Busse 59A (Richtung Karlsplatz & Meidling) und 14A (Neubaugasse) sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zur U4-Pilgramgasse braucht man ca. 10 Minuten. Die S-Bahn Matzleinsdorfer Platz ist ebenfalls in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Mit dem Rad ist man sofort in der Stadt. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du auch in der Zwischenzeit mein gutes altes Rad verwenden: sehr empfehlenswert :)
Derzeit wird vor dem Haus an der neuen U-Bahn-Haltestelle gebaut. Deshalb kann es untertags mal etwas lauter werden, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man eigentlich nichts mehr. The flat is in the middle of the 5th district and you can get to the TU very quickly and the main university is also not that far away.
There are many shopping facilities on site (Billa, Lidl, Spar, Hofer are less than a 10-minute walk away).
Public transport: Buses 59A (direction Karlsplatz & Meidling) and 14A (Neubaugasse) are 5 minutes away. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the U4 Pilgramgasse. The S-Bahn Matzleinsdorfer Platz can also be reached in 10 minutes.
By bike you can be in the city in no time. If you want, you can also use my good old bike in the meantime: highly recommended :)
Construction is currently underway in front of our house at the new underground station. That's why it can get a bit noisy during the day, but you don't really hear anything when the windows are closed. However, the work will soon take place underground, so the noise will be less. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen werden Megan (25), Iryna (21) und Lili (26) sein.
Megan arbeitet als Sprachassistentin an einer Volksschule.
Iryna studiert Internationale BWL auf der Uni Wien und arbeitet wochenends nebenbei.
Lily schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit in Architektur an der TU Wien.
Wenn es die Zeit zulässt, trifft man sich in der Küche auf ein Glas Wein oder auch Bier, kocht gemeinsam und wir gehen auch gemeinsam ins Kino.
Es gibt aber auch Tage, wo man sich nicht über den Weg läuft, da wir unter der Woche auch mit Uni/Arbeit auch beschäftigt sind.
Wir sind unkompliziert, aufgeschlossen und schätzen einen ehrlichen Umgang miteinander, sodass das Zusammenleben möglichst harmonisch abläuft.

Your flatmates will be Megan (25), Iryna (21) and Lili (26).
Megan works as a language assistant at a primary school.
Iryna is studying International Business Administration at the University of Vienna and works part-time on weekends.
Lily is currently writing her master's thesis in architecture at the TU Wien.
If time allows, we meet in the kitchen for a glass of wine or a beer, cook together and we also go to the cinema together.
But there are also days when we don't run into each other because we are also busy with university/work during the week.
We are uncomplicated, open-minded and honest with each other so that living together is pleasant for us.
Die Miete beläuft sich auf 420€: Miete, Strom, Heizung, Versicherung & Internet ist da schon dabei.
Und die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete (ebenfalls 420€).
