Hallo, ich vermiete eine WG mit 5 Zimmern, ab sofort ist ein Zimmer mit Balkon wieder frei und jederzeit beziehbar.
Die Wg besteht aus 3 Männern und einer Frau, alle im Alter von 23-30.
Auf Sauberkeit wird großen Wert gelegt, und darauf, dass jeder sich auch an den Putzplan hält.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4ten Stock (inklusive Aufzug) eines im Jahr 1974 errichteten Hauses und ist 162m² groß. Es gibt 2 WC's, ein Badezimmer, eine begehbare Garderobe mit Stauraum für alle, eine Abstellkammer und eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Aufzug ist ebenso vorhanden. Man erreicht die TU Wien innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß bzw 8 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Das freie Zimmer ist 24,5m² groß, sehr hell und verfügt auch noch über einen eigenen hofseitigen Balkon. Es wird möbliert vermietet, aber du kannst natürlich gerne etwas ändern, wenn du möchtest.
Die Miete inklusive Strom, Heizung und Internet beträgt 530€, die Kaution sind 1500€.

Cleanliness is a high expexted Value, and everyone should stick to the weekly cleaning plan.
The apartment is basend on the 4th floor and has an elevator. It is 162m² big and has 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, 1 walk-in wardrobe, an extra storage room and a shared kitchen.
You can reach TU Wien within a 15 min walk or 8 minutes by public transport.
YOur room has 24,5 m², it is very bright and has its own balcony too. The room has some furniture, but if you like to change something, feel free to adapt it.
The lease is inlcuding electricity, heating and internet and costs monthly 530€, your deposit is 1500€.
