wir suchen eine Person für unser gemütliches WG-Zimmer im 5. Wiener Bezirk in unserer 3-er WG. Das Zimmer wird schon ganz bald frei, deswegen lies gerne fix die Anzeige, damit du uns schnell schreiben kannst, falls du Interesse hast!

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten von der U4 und 10 Gehminuten von der U6 entfernt. Das bedeutet, dass du eine super Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr hast und die Wiener Innenstadt in kürzester Zeit erreichen kannst. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Mietpreis: 300 Euro pro Monat (inklusive Nebenkosten)
Lage: Renovierte Altbauwohnung
Das Zimmer wird Mitte Dezember frei, sodass du schon bald bei uns einziehen kannst.

Über uns:
Wir sind eine bunte Studierenden-WG, bestehend aus Berni, die einen sehr grünen Daumen hat, einiges über sich zu erzählen hat und leider ab Februar ein Erasmus Semester in den Niederlanden macht, und mir, Josi, die vor einem Jahr von Berlin nach Wien gezogen ist, um hier an der Akademie Restaurierung zu studieren. Wenn wir neben dem Studium Zeit haben kochen wir viel und sind sonst auch gerne unterwegs in Bars, Cafés, zum sporteln, Kunst schauen/ machen oder was uns sonst so einfällt. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer neuen Person, die zu unserer entspannten und freundschaftliche Atmosphäre in der WG passt. Ganz wichtig hierbei ist uns ein achtsames Miteinander, damit wir uns wohlfühlen und die Wohnung natürlich auch ein schöner Safe Place ist.

We are looking for a person to join our cozy shared apartment room in Vienna's 5th district, in our 3-person flatshare. The room will become available very soon, so please read the ad quickly so that you can reach out to us promptly if you're interested!

Our apartment is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the U4 and a 10-minute walk from the U6. This means you have superb access to public transportation and can reach Vienna's city center in no time. Additionally, there are numerous shopping options, cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby.

Rent: 300 euros per month (including utilities)
Location: Renovated old-style apartment
The room will become available in mid-December, so you can move in with us very soon.

About us:
We are a diverse student flatshare, consisting of Berni, who has a green thumb and has much to share about herself and, unfortunately, will be going on an Erasmus semester in the Netherlands from February, and myself, Josi, who moved from Berlin to Vienna a year ago to study restoration at the academy. When we have time outside of our studies, we enjoy cooking and exploring bars, cafes, doing sports, looking at or creating art, or whatever else comes to mind. We are looking for a new person who fits into our relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the flatshare. What's very important to us is a mindful coexistence, so we can feel comfortable, and, of course, the apartment is a beautiful safe place.
