A beautiful room in the middle of the 5th district. The room is currently furnished and is also rented furnished. 😊 (bed, closet, bookshelf, desk with lamp, shoerack, balcony table and chair)
The room has its own balcony, which allows for a great breakfast with a view of the park.
The walls were also repainted (white) and offer a lot of options, whether plants, shelves or mirrors. The beautiful old building floor completes the room on the 3rd floor.
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the U4 Margaretengurtel station. There are countless nice coffees and restaurants nearby as well as the Vienna River. The centrally located apartment offers many options for leisure time. Schönbrunn is also nearby and easy to reach by public transport. The 5th district is a very hip district in Vienna, with lots of leisure options!
There is also a shared balcony for the entire floor opposite the elevator in the hallway.
The shared apartment is a quiet and open-minded student shared apartment. The large kitchen is ideal for chatting and spending time together.
You would be sharing the apartment with 3 other nice girls who are also studying/working and enjoy spending time together in the kitchen. Additionally you would also be sharing the toilet and the shower!
A good balance between time together and time alone is important to everyone in the shared apartment :)
From time to time we also like to do something together. The shared apartment is very uncomplicated and ideally you are looking for a person who wants to stay in the shared apartment for a long time. 😊

You also have a park right in front of your doorstep. (with free dance lessons in the summer ) !! :)
With the apartment being on the third floor you also have a nice view, especially from your own balcony. A common balcony for the whole floor of the building is also available for use.
The room currently has furniture in it which will also stay in the room.
