Du kannst hier echt gut leben, es ist sehr entspannt und ruhig, und die Lage ist großartig :)
Das Zimmer ist groß und hell – es hat zwei Fenster, die auf zwei Nebenstraßen zeigen. Ich würde schätzen, es ist 25 Quadratmeter groß.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist 89 Quadratmeter groß, befindet sich im dritten Stock, es gibt einen Aufzug im Gebäude, Abstellmöglichkeiten und Fahrradständer im Hof, um dein Fahrrad abzuschließen.
Das WG-Zimmer wird unmöbliert sein. Keine der Einrichtungsgegenstände auf den Bildern werden bei deinem Einzug vorhanden sein.
Die Küche ist ein gemeinsamer Raum, wo wir all unser Geschirr und Kochgeschirr haben, und wir unterhalten uns auch hier. Wir teilen alles zusammen, also wenn du neu im Land bist und nicht viel hast, musst du dir keine Sorgen machen.
Die Küche hat alles, was du zum Kochen und Essen brauchst, und eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Das Badezimmer hat auch eine Waschmaschine.

You can live very well here, its very relaxed and calm, and the location is great :)
The room is big and bright -- it has two windows that look onto a side street. I would estimate it is 25 square meters.
The entire apartment is 89 square meters, is located on the third floor, there is an elevator in the building, places to lock and store items in the basement, and bicycle racks in the courtyard to lock up your bike.
The WG-Zimmer will be unfurnished. None of the furnishings in the pictures will be there when you move in.
The main room is the kitchen, which is somewhat the WG's living room as well. It is a shared space where we have all of our utensils and cookware, and we chat in here as well. We share all of it together, so if you are new to the country and don't have than no need to worry.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and eating, and a dishwasher machine. The bathroom also has a washing machine too.
Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich Billa, Apotheke, SPAR, Hofer und ein Bäcker. Die U-Bahnstation Margaretengürtel (U4) und Straßenbahnstation Arbeitergasse sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der sechste Bezirk ist nur ca. 200m Weg von uns entfernt und die Mariahilfestraße ist in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
In ca. 5 Minuten ist man am Margaretenplatz, von dem die Margaretenstraße mit diversen Restaurants, Kneipen und schnuckligen kleinen Cafés zum Karlsplatz führt. Die Lage ist super 😊

Directly in front of the building you will find a Billa. In the area you will find a pharmacy, SPAR, Hofer, and a local bakery. The U4 station Margaretengürtel and the streetcar station for Arbeitergasse (direct connection to Hauptbahnof) is only 2 minutes away. The sixth district is only 200 meters or so away and Mariahilfestraße is reachable by foot in around 15 minutes or less.
In around a 5 minute walk you'll find yourself at Margaretenplatz, from which you'll find Margaretenstraße mit diverse restuarants, pubs, and cute cafes! The location is super 😊

Wir leben in der WG mit unserem Hund Elsie (2. und 3. Foto), du MUSST also ein hundefreundlicher Mensch sein. Sie ist 11 Jahre alt, ausgebildet und absolut liebenswert. Wenn du mir eine Nachricht schickst, erwähne bitte Elsie in irgendeiner Form, sonst müssen wir deine Nachricht ignorieren.
Da unser Mitbewohner auszieht, suchen wir jemanden, der sein Zimmer ab dem 15. März 2024 (oder 01. April 2024, je nach dem) als zweiter Hauptmieter dieser Wohnung übernimmt. Ich bin der erste Hauptmieter der Wohnung, also bist du nicht allein!
Ich bin Chris (28), Kanadier, ich arbeite in der Marketingbranche und lebe hier mit meiner Freundin Ilana (30), die ebenfalls Kanadierin ist und im Oktober hier in Wien ihr Masterstudium in Politikwissenschaft beginnen wird.
Unsere Muttersprache ist Englisch und das ist auch die Sprache, die wir hier zu Hause sprechen. Ich spreche auch Deutsch auf etwa B2-Niveau und würde es genießen, mit einem Mitbewohner zu leben, der auch die Sprache sprechen kann (obwohl das kein Dealbreaker ist).

We live in a shared flat with our dog Elsie (2nd and 3rd photo), so you MUST be a dog-friendly person. She is 11 years old, trained and absolutely adorable. If you send me a message, please mention Elsie in some capacity, otherwise we will have to ignore your message.
Since our roomate is moving out we are looking for someone to take over his room on March 15, 2024 (or 01 April 2024, whatever works) as the second main tenant of this apartment. I am the first main tenant on the apartment, so you're not on your own!
I’m Chris (28), Canadian, I work in the marketing industry, and I live here with my girlfriend Ilana (30) who is also Canadian and will be starting her Masters in Political Science in October here in Vienna.
Our native languages are English and that is what we speak here at home. I also speak German at around a B2 level and would enjoy living with a roommate who can also converse in the language (though this is not a deal breaker)
