Da ich im Mai eine längere Zeit wandern gehe, wird mein schönes Zimmer zur Untermiete frei. Wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich handelt es sich um ein Altbauzimmer mit hohen Decken, Fischgrätparkett und zwei großen Fenstern, durch die bei Sonnenschein viel Licht kommt. Da es im Erdgeschoss liegt, gibt es Plissées, die bei Bedarf für mehr Privatsphäre die Fenster verdecken können. Weiterhin gibt es einen Schreibtisch, ein 120x200cm Bett, eine Couch, Lautsprecher und einen DJ Controller, der auch verwendet werden darf.

As I will be hiking for a longer stretch of time in may, my room will be available for sublet during that time. As you can see in the pictures, it's an Altbau room with high ceilings, wooden parquet and two large windows that let in a lot of light on sunny days. There are plissées to cover the windows for more privacy as the flat is on the ground floor. Moreover, there's a desk, a 120x200cm bed, a couch, loudspeakers and a DJ controller which you can use if you like.
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich genau zwischend den U-Bahn Stationen Pilgramgasse und Margaretengürtel und ist allgemein öffentlich sehr gut angebunden. Es gibt in 3-5 Minuten Entfernung alle gängigen Supermärkte, Bäcker, Drogerien und Arten von Imbissen, sodass selbst die gemütlichsten Menschen nicht verhungern müssen.
Du wirst während der Zeit mit meinen zwei lieben MitbewohnerInnen wohnen. Sie sind sehr entspannt und freundlich.
