Your new home offers more space than you might have expected - in fact, there are two rooms! The accommodation includes a charming old servants' room with an area of approx. 7 m² and another passageway room with a generous 15 m², perfect for a desk and plenty of storage space for your clothes. Our inviting purple living room, furnished with a cozy sofa, a TV and a dining area, awaits you directly in front of this passageway room. There is also a separate toilet, a kitchen and a bathroom for shared use.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der belebten Wiedner Hauptstraße und bietet sofortigen Zugang zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Laurenzgasse. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt, was die Lage äußerst zentral macht und alles in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt. Der nächste Hofer-Markt ist weniger als eine Minute entfernt, da er sich im benachbarten Gebäude befindet. Der Karlsplatz ist etwa eine U-Bahn-Station entfernt und die Pilgramgasse erreicht man in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

The main train station is only a 10-minute walk away, making the location extremely central and close to everything. The nearest Hofer market is less than a minute away as it is located in the neighboring building. Karlsplatz is about one metro stop away and Pilgramgasse can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot.
