The apartment and the room itself is perfect, very quiet (the windows face the courtyard) and recently renovated. The room is furnished and includes the bed, mattress, shelf, cloth rack, chair, small green table and a few other things as in the photos. The location of the apartment is amazing if you like a quiet and very green neighborhood, with a wonderful park across the street and a courtyard filled with trees.
The flat is located in the 5th district, with nearby trams 1, 62 and Bus 13A and also near the main station (Hauptbahnhof) where you can find connections such as U1 Südtirolerplatz, Trams O, 18. TU is 3 tram stations away and you can get to the city center in less then 15 minutes.
Billa and Hofer are only a few minutes away by foot and additionally you can find almost any other shop you'd need for your stay in the main train station (Hbf), which is 6-8 minutes away by foot.
