ich ziehe aus unserer 3er WG am Matzleinsdorfer Platz in eine eigene Wohnung und dadurch wird mein kleines, aber feines Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und wird auch so übergeben. Du bekommst vom Vermieter Deinen eigenen Mietvertrag für das Zimmer. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Einbauschrank, ein Bett (inkl. 2 Decken, 2 Kissen und 2 Sätzen Bettwäsche), ein kleines Sofa, ein Tisch, ein Stuhl und ein Smart TV. Handtucher sind auch vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist Richtung Innenhof ausgerichtet und man hört vom Straßenlärm nichts.

since I am moving from our shared flat at Matzleinsdorfer Platz into my own apartment, my room will be vacant from June 15th onwards.
We are 3 Guys in the Apartment. My room is fully furnished an contains a cabinet, a bed (including sheets, blankets and pillows, a small sofa, a table, a chair and a smart TV. Towels are also available.
The window if the room is pointed towards the courtyard, so the room is very quiet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Matzleinsdorfer Platz. Dessen Bahn Station zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist also optimal.
The Apartment is situated directly at Matzleinsdorfer Platz and the train station can be reached by foot within 2 minutes. The access to public transportation could not be better.
Die Mibewohner sind Jeremis (29) und Jonas (32).
Beide sind Piloten bei der Austrian Airlines. Für uns ist wichtig, dass Du ordentlich und sauber bist und deinen Anteil am sauber halten der WG gibst.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Es sind alle Küchenutensilien sowie Waschmaschine, Staubsauger etc. vorhanden. Du müsstest also diesbezüglich nichts mitbringen.

Both of them are pilots for Austrian Airlines. It is important to us that you are tidy and help, keeping the apartment clean. The apartment is completly furnished. Kitchen untensils, vacuum cleaner and washing machine etc. are available so you dont have to bring anything.
Die monatliche Miete von 500€ beinhaltet die Miete für das Zimmer, Heizung, Strom und Internet. Es kommt also nichts mehr dazu. Falls Du Interesse hast, melde dich gerne über die App bei mir.
