Das Zimmer: ca. 25 m², 540 Euro (all inclusive); nicht möbliert; eher hellhörig (Küche nebenan)
Die Wohnung: ca. 190 m², Dachgeschoß, kleines Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, Küche mit Esstisch & Bad mit Badewanne, ruhig & sehr zentral gelegen, Mietvertrag bis Sommer 2023 (Verlängerung wahrscheinlich)
Wir: derzeit 4 Personen (1m/3f; 30 Jahre aufwärts) versuchen Individualität und gemeinsames Leben unter einen Hut zu bringen; kochen, quatschen, Serien-schauen, spielen manchmal zusammen; rauchen rücksichtsvoll im Wohnzimmer; teilen viele, aber nicht alle Lebensmittel; respektieren Privatsphäre und Ruhebedürfnisse; achten auf Sauberkeit (Putzplan) und übernehmen kollektiv und individuell Verantwortung für unseren Lebensraum; können keine haarigen Haustiere haben (Allergien).

Looking for flatmate
shared flat – 5 persons, 5th district, close to Naschmarkt – is looking for a flatmate.
The room: ca. 25 m², 540 Euro (all inclusive); not furnished; somewhat noisy (kitchen right beside it)
The flat: ca. 190 m², top floor, small living room, dining area, kitchen with table & bathroom with tube, quiet and located close to the city center, rent contract till summer 2023 (extension probable)
About us: at the moment we are 4 persons (1m/3f; from 30 years up), who try to combine individuality and collective living; sometimes we cook, talk, watch TV or play together; we smoke considerately in the living room; share most but not all food; keep our shared spaces clean (yes, there’s a plan for that) and take individual and collective responsibility; cannot have hairy pets (allergies).
No racism, no sexism, no homo- or transphobia!
About you: you have chosen collective living for other than purely financial reasons; take responsibility on your own accord; are looking for a long-term room; bonus: you have experience with living in shared flats.

U4 Kettenbrückengasse ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu
erreichen; Pilgramgasse in unter 10 Gehminuten erreichbar; Bus 59A, 13A,
14A in Nähe; Nahe zum Naschmarkt; unterschiedliche Supermärkte, Drogerien, Copyshop, Änderungsschneiderei, Postfiliale... & eine Menge Lokale in der Nähe. Mehrere Kinos in Gehweite.

Its less than 5 minutes walk to Kettenbrückegasse; less than 10 minutes to Pilgramgasse (U4); Buses 13A,
14A and 59A are close by; close to Naschmarkt; different supermarkets and other shops, copy shop, tailor, post office... & a whole range of restaurants, coffe shops and bars close by. A number of cinemas are within walking distance.
Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig bzw. wirst du hier nicht die Party-WG finden, wenn du eine suchst. Hier wird viel gekocht, abends findet man oft wen im Wohnzimmer auf ein Gläschen Wein. Aber es gibt auch respektvollen Umgang mit Ruhebedürfnissen.

We're a rather quiet bunch, definitely not a party-flat. There's mostly a lot of cooking going on, at night you might find someone having a glass of wine in the living room. We take care to respect everyone's wishes for privacy and quiet times.
