From the 1.6. there is 1 room available in a nice shared international student apartment in the 5th district, in Margaretenstrasse. The house is in a nice neighbourhood, close from U2 Karlplatz,U4 Pilgramgasse -Kettenbrückengasse, buses 12a- 13a- 59a.
a 5 minutes walk from Margaretenplatz (Bipa- Spar are two minutes). In total there are 4 sleeping rooms. The private room costs 450 ,-(~14m2). The price is per month and all included (heating and internet) and furnished. The deposit is two months rent. The room is furnished with a 140cm bed (including pillows and blanket), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing maschine and a separate toilet. No smoking and no pets. The contract can be cancelled after 6 month by the end of August, September and february. Contact me if you are interested. You are welcome to come and see the apartment! All the best
