[EN] The flat is in the 5th district close to Matzleinsdorfer Platz with good public transportation connections: access to various trams (1, 6, 18, 62,)Baden Bahn and the S-Bahn (quick trains) line. The bus 14 and 12 also stop in front of the house. After midnight there is the possibility of moving with the U4 metro line, that is the closest, within 10-15 minutes walk. The neighbourhood is very lively and provides all you need within 5 minutes walk: supermarkets, ATM, bakeries, cafés and several other shops. Karlsplatz and the Wienzeile (with its bars and clubs) are at a walking distance.
[DE] Die Wohnung ist im 5. Bezirk in der nähe vom Matzleinsdorf Platz und in sehr guter Lage, was die Öffis anbelangt: Tramlinien (1, 6, 18, 62,)Baden Bahn und die S-Bahnlinie sind gleich am Matzleinsdorferplatz, die Busse 14 und 12 haben Haltestellen gleich vor der Tür.
Nach Mitternacht gibt es die Möglichkeit, sich mit der U4 fortzubewegen, die 10-15 Minuten in Gehweite ist.
Das Viertel ist sehr lebendig und es hat alles, was man braucht, gleich ums Eck: Supermärkte, Bankomat, Bäckereien, Cafés und verschiedene andere Geschäfte.
Der Karlsplatz und die Wienzeile kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen.
EN] You´re going to share the apartment with four other people with different backgrounds who are working and studying. In the apartment we communicate mainly in German and English but also Arabic, Persian, Turkish, Spanish and Greek are spoken. We share the same kitchen (fully equipped), a dining-living room and two bathrooms. We are open to queer people, and we would prefer our new roommate to be female.

[DE] Du wirst diese große Wohnung mit vier anderen Menschen mit verschiedenen Hintergründen teilen, die arbeiten und studieren. In der Wohunng reden wir hauptsächlich auf Deutsch und Englisch aber auch Türkisch, Arabisch und Persisch, Spanisch und Griechisch.
Wir teilen dieselbe Küche, die alles drinnen hat, was man braucht, sowie das Wohnzimmer und zwei Bäder. Wir sind ofnen mit queer Menschen und wir bevorschungen eine neue Mitbewohnerin zu finden.
