4er WG im 5ten Bezirk sucht!

Gleich um die Ecke findest du einen Lidl, Penny, Billa, Spar, dm, Bipa und jede menge Frisöre. Also eigentlich alles was das Naversorgerherz begeht.

Die WG hat auch ihren eigenen Keller, und es gibt einen Radkeller im Haus. Grundsetzlich findest du in der Wohnung alle möglichen elektronischen Geräte (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, ...)

Die Buslinien 12a, 14a, 59a sind gleich um die Ecke. Wenn du also an der TU studierst ist das Perfekt! Außerdem ist die U4 Station Pilgrammgasse und die SBahn Sation Matzleinsdorferplatz nur ein Paar gehminuten entfernt.

Aber, grundsätlich sind Gegenden wie das MQ, der 6. Bezirk und der Karlsplatz via Fahrrad nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.

There is a Lidl, Penny, Billa, Spar, dm, and Bipa right around the corner. Hairdressers are also not hard to find.

We have our own storage room in the basement and there is a storage room for bikes as well. The apartment is equipped with all basic and normal stuff like dishwasher, washing machine…+ some smaller gadgets in the apartment :))

There are the Buses 14a, 12a, and 59a right around the corner. So if you study at the TU you will be there in no time!
In addition, the U4 Pilgrammgasse and the S-Bahn station Matzleinsdorferplatz is a walking distance away.

Anyways, if you are cycling, the most central spots (like MQ, 6th District, Karlsplatz) are really close…

Wie schon vorher erwähnt, wir sind 3 Typen, zwei von uns aus Montenegro, einer aus Salzburg, und arbeiten oder studieren.

Matjia (23) ist der Film-Produktions-Student. Er hat ein Meerschweinchen, also wundere dich nicht wenn komische Laute aus seinem Zimmer kommen und der von uns der am meisten in der Wohnung ist. Nikola (28) ist sein großer Bruder, er arbeitet Vollzeit in einem Architektur-Büro in Wien. Die beiden verbringen ganz gerne die Wochenenden zusammen und kochen auch regelmäßig gemeinsam. Michael (24) ist im Oktober nach Wien gezogen und arbeitet im Krankenhaus, da er Medizin studiert. Wenn du ein Fan von gut gekochtem Essen bist und gerne Animes schaust dann ist er definitiv die Person für dich.

Manchmal sind Freunde zu besuch, für ein Gläschen oder einen Film, aber unter der Woche ist es oft sehr entspannt. Perfekt für Home-Office atmosphäre.

Wir suchen nach nichts bestimmten in Bezug auf Geschlecht, oder Nationalität... um ehrlich zu sein sind wir sehr offen was das angeht! Melde dich einfach mit ein paar Zeilen über dich!

As already mentioned, we are 3 guys, two from Montenegro and one from Salzburg, all studying or working (architecture, medicine, and video and film production), all of us are speaking german, no worries :) Kannst uns auch auf Deutsch schreiben, wenn du dich so wohler fühlst.

Matija (23) is the film-production student and fulltime studying. He has a guinea pig if you are wondering what the strange sounds from his room are. Nikola (28) is his older brother. They both spend time together during the weekend, cooking and sometimes partying. Nikola is a fulltime architect working for a firm. This means he is out of the house during normal days but in the evening allways there to have a drink. Michael (24) is working in a hospital as he is a medicine student. If you are into good food and/or Anime he is the perfect guy to talk to!

There are sometimes friends over for drinks or watching a movie, but during the week it is a relaxed atmosphere. So the perfect situation if you need to study from home.

We are not looking for someone specific regarding gender, nationality… Actually, we are really open to any kinda diversities. Feel free to contact us and send a few lines about urself.
