Das Zimmer verfügt über eine eingebaute Schrankzeil, hat große Fenster und ist in Richtung des Innenhofes gelegen.
Die Wohnung: ca. 190 m², Dachgeschoß, kleines Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Esstisch und Speisekammer, renoviertes Bad mit Badewanne, separates zweites WC, kleine Wäschekammer, Kellerabteil.

5. Bezirk, ruhig & sehr zentral gelegen, der Nachmarkt ist beinahe vor der Haustür und die Mariahilfer-Straße erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. U-bahn Station Kettenbrückengasse: 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, verschiedene Busverbindungen (13A, 59A,... ) gleich um die Ecke.

Du: hast dich nicht nur aus finanziellen Gründen fürs WG-Leben entschieden; übernimmst auch mal aus eigener Initiative Verantwortung; suchst etwas längerfristiges; Bonus: du bist über 30 und bringst WG-Erfahrung mit.
Besichtigungstermine finden am Sonntag, 12.09.21 statt. Solltest du an diesem Tag keine Zeit haben, schlage uns doch bitte Alternative Termine vor!
Wir sind alle geimpft, tragen bei den Besichtigungen aber zusätzlich Masken damit wir uns alle sicher fühlen können :)
