Dein Zimmer ist gegen Südwesten ausgerichtet und genießt durch zwei große Fenster täglich Mittagssonne. Mit Blick auf den Innenhof, einer Grünfläche mit Bäumen, hört man selbst im Sommer kein Auto oder Geräusche von der Straße.Wie für den Altbau typisch, hat das Zimmer einen alten Holzboden, ein Fischgrätenparkett und typisch hohe Räume.
Das Zimmer wird ab 01. März unmöbliert vermietet.
Die Wohnung liegt im oberen Stockwerk im Altbau, ist deswegen sehr hell und hat ein Klo mit einer coolen Aussicht!
Wir teilen uns eine Gemeinschaftsküche, Vorraum mit Esstisch, zwei Bäder und zwei WCs.

Overlooking the inner courtyard, a green area with trees, you will not hear any car or noise from the street even in summer.As typical for the old building, the room has an old wooden floor, a herringbone parquet and typically high rooms.

The apartment is on the top floor in an old building, so it is quiet bright and has a toilet with a cool view!
We share a common kitchen, anteroom with dining table, two bathrooms and two toilets.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Wehrgasse, gleich bei der U4 Station „Kettenbrückengasse“.
Trotz Nähe zur rechten Wienzeile, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
Durch die zentrale Lage wirkt eigentlich fast alles sehr nah!

Mariahilferstraße: 7min
Karlsplatz: 10min
Jeden Samstag hat man hier quasi vor die Haustüre den Flohmarkt.
Super sind auch die naheliegenden Restaurants!

Despite the proximity to the "rechte Wienzeile", the apartment is very quiet.
Due to the central location actually almost everything seems very close!

In unserer WG wohnen Lui (würde am liebsten jeden Tag bei Tofu und Chilli essen gehen und ist gerne im Urlaub mit Freund:innen), Lisa (liebt Reality TV, Urlaub in Italien und Konzerte) und Martin (liebt Deutschrap, ist eine kleine Technomaus und bringt manchmal leckeres Essen von der Arbeit mit). Lui und Lisa haben zusammen Internationale Entwicklung (IE) studiert und sind seit dem sehr gut befreundet. Martin ist im Oktober nach Wien gezogen und in der Wehrgasse dazugestossen.
Wir suchen also nun eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in. Generell wünschen wir uns einen diskrimierungsfreien, feministischen und offenen Raum, in dem alle Zeit für sich haben, in dem wir aber auch gemeinsam eine coole, neue WG Dynamik entwickeln können.

Our flatmates are Lui (currently working at university, would love to go out to tofu and chili every day and likes to go on vacation with friends), Lisa (loves reality TV, vacations in Italy and concerts) and Martin (loves German rap, is a little techno mouse and sometimes brings delicious food home from work). Lui and Lisa studied International Development (IE) together and have been very good friends ever since. Martin moved to Vienna in October and joined us in Wehrgasse.
We are now looking for a new flatmate. In general, we want a non-discriminatory, feminist and open space where everyone has time for themselves, but where we can also develop a cool, new shared flat dynamic together.

Wir stehen alle im Hauptmieter*innenvertrag, das heißt du würdest dann statt Nica auch mit drin stehen und bräuchtest entweder einen Einkommensnachweis oder eine Bürgschaft.
