da ich meine Mitbewohner Andrea und Ryan verlasse, wird mein genial gelegenes Zimmer (7 Minuten zur TU, 4 zum Naschmarkt) wieder frei.
Die Wohnung ist direkt angebunden an die Busslinien 12a, 13a und 59a und auch Kettenbrückengasse U4 und Karlsplatz U2 ist weniger als 10 Minuten weit weg.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (mittlerweile mit einigen Regalen mehr als auf den Fotos) mit Geschirrspüler, Ofen, Waschmaschine etc. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer liegt nach Süd-Osten, man hat also eine wunderschöne Morgensonne und Licht zum arbeiten.
Auch das Zimmer ist einzugsfertig möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Kasten/Schrank und Regal, mit ein paar persönlichen Sachen kann man es außerdem ohne viel Aufwand sehr persönlich einrichten.
Im Preis sind alle Kosten (Strom, Internet, Wasser, etc.) inbegriffen. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden.
Du kannst gerne vorbeikommen um dir das Zimmer anzusehen. :)

From now onwards there is one room available in a shared student apartment in the 5th district, in Margaretenstrasse. It is located in a cool neigbourhood, close from U2 Karlplatz,U4 Pilgramgasse -Kettenbrückengasse, buses 12a- 13a- 59a. a 5 minutes walk to Margaretenplatz ( Bipa- Spar a two minutes). In total there are 3 sleeping rooms. The size of the availbale room is about 9 m2 (410,-) The room is furnished with a bed ,(90cm), including pillow and blanket, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub,a toilet, a washing maschine. There is a liitle patio that can be used, also for a barbecue. Prices are per month all included (heating and internet). The deposit is two months rent. No smoking and no pets. The contract can be cancelled by the end of february, august and september.
