Nettes, helles WG-Zimmer in 2er WG (1050) :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum Wiens, im fünften Bezirk. Es gibt super viele Bus- und Bimanbindungen: Haltestellen von 13A, 14A, 59A, 1er Bim, Badnerbahn, 62er Bim liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die nähesten U-Bahnstationen sind die U4 Pilgramgasse und die U1 Taubstummengasse (10 bis 15 Gehminuten). Das Schlossquadrat mit netten Lokalen und die Blockfabrik sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein großer Eurospar, DM und Hofer sind 4 Gehminuten, Denns und die Tat-Bäckerei (in der man auch sonntags einkaufen kann) sind 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Karlsplatz ist zu Fuß circa 20 Minuten entfernt, ebenso die Mariahilferstraße.
Die TU ist mit der Bim in insgesamt 13 Minuten zu erreichen und die Hauptuni in 24 Minuten.


The apartment is located in the center of Vienna, in the fifth district. There are multiple bus and tram stations nearby: 13A, 14A, 59A, 1-tram, Badnerbahn and 62-tram are in the immediate vicinity. The closest underground stations are the U4 Pilgramgasse and the U1 Taubstummengasse (10 to 15 minutes by foot). The Schlossquadrat with nice restaurants and the blockfabrik are only a 5-minute walk away. A large Eurospar, DM and Hofer are 4 minutes 'walk away, Denns and the Tat bakery (where you can also shop on Sundays) are 8 minutes' walk away. Karlsplatz is a 20-minute walk away, as well as the Mariahilferstraße.
The TU can be reached by tram in 13 minutes and the Hauptuni in 24 minutes.

In der WG wirst du mit mir zusammenwohnen: mein Name ist Natalie, ich bin bald 22 Jahre alt, komme ursprünglich aus dem Waldviertel und lebe und studiere nun seit fast drei Jahren in Wien. Da die Wohnung recht klein ist und man nicht viele Ausweichmöglichkeiten hat, ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass wir gut harmonieren und uns auch die meiste Zeit recht gut aushalten. Ein ähnliches Verständnis von Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist da natürlich auch sehr wichtig. Ich bin gerne in Gesellschaft und offen für neue Bekanntschaften, liebe es, Brettspiele zu spielen und zu guter Musik zu tanzen, hab aber auch ab und zu gerne meine Ruh. Ich habe einen Freund, der mich gerne besuchen kommt, der ist aber sehr nett und umgänglich und ein super Musiker und Hobbykoch. Durch ihn wirst du also manchmal in den Genuss von toller Musik (und gutem Essen) kommen, da die Wohnung doch relativ hellhörig ist. Deine Wünsche nach Ruhe werden aber selbstverständlich respektiert :)


You will live with me: my name is Natalie, I'm almost 22 years old, originally from Waldviertel and have been living and studying in Vienna for almost three years. Since the apartment is quite small and you don't have a lot of alternative options, it's very important to me that we are in harmony and that we can put up with each other quite well most of the time. A similar understanding of cleanliness and order is of course also very important. I like to be in company and am open to new acquaintances, I love playing board games and dancing to good music, but I also like to have my peace and quiet now and then. I have a boyfriend who likes to visit me, but he's very nice and easy to get along with and a great musician and cook. So through him you will get to enjoy great music (and good food), since the apartment is relatively noisy. Your wishes for rest will of course be respected :)
