Room to rent in a 2-persons-shared flat in the 5th district, near Naschmarkt. Since I will be abroad but will return the room is available only for just three months, January until March 2024.
The room is typical viennese style (high rooms), about 24 square meters and fully furnished. I am looking for a responsible person, since I will leave all my - worthless, but emotionally precious – belongings there. My flatmate is 30 years old, works as an artist, and is a very friendly, quiet person.
The whole flat is 62 square meters and has a bathroom with a tub and a washing machine, a kitchen with a dishwasher, internet and pretty much everything you will need. The next Metro stations (U4 Pilgramgasse or Kettenbrückengasse) are 5 minutes away.
I imagine the room would be perfect for short-term work-related stays in Vienna. If you have any questions please write me.

My flatmate is 30 years old, works as an artist, and is a very friendly, quiet person. We do not have any 'shared' activities in the flat (everyone cooks for him/herself etc.), but we get along very well and that is a necessary condition to live in this flat. So she will have the last word in the selection of subtenants.
