Hallo, wir sind Ines (24) und Hannah (24) und suchen ab Mitte September (Woche vom 13.09.21) eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in!
Wir studieren beide Umwelt- und Bioressourcenmanagement an der BOKU und sind gerade dabei, unsere Masterarbeit zu schreiben. Unsere WG ist klein, fein und ordentlich – eine Oase der Ruhe. Besonders gut ist die Lage für TU-Student:innen.

Hello, we are Ines (24) and Hannah (24) and we are looking for a new roommate starting mid-September (week of 13.09.21)! We are both studying environmental and bioresource management at BOKU and are currently in the process of writing our master's thesis. Our flat share is small, sweet, and tidy - an oasis of calm. The location is particularly good for TU students.

Das Zimmer ist gut 12m² groß und hofseitig gelegen, mit Nachmittagssonne und Blick auf einen großen Baum. Die Monatsmiete beträgt 320 € inklusive Strom, Gas, Internet und Versicherung. Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert weitergegeben werden: Für 50 € gibt’s einen Schreibtisch mit praktischem Aufbau, für 30 € einen Rollcontainer und für 180 € einen tollen Kleiderschrank (alles zusammen 250 € - siehe Fotos) – Preise sind verhandelbar.

The room is 12m² and faces the courtyard and a large tree, with afternoon sun. The monthly rent is € 320 including electricity, gas, internet and insurance. The room can be passed on partially furnished if you want: for 45 € there is a desk with extra storage, for 20 € a roll container and for 180 € a nice wardrobe (all together XX € - see photos) – prices are negotiable.
Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend gelegen. Die nächste U-Bahn Station (U4 Margaretengürtel) sowie die Bim 6 und 18 und den Bus 59A erreicht man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten. Dort verläuft auch der Wienfluss, ein heißer Tipp für Radfahrer:innen. Die U6 Gumpendorfer Straße ist ca. 1 km entfernt (kann man mit der Bim hinfahren – die fährt sehr oft).
Wir haben mehrere kleinere Parks ganz in der Nähe, aber auch Schönbrunn ist unter 3 km von uns weg. Ganz in der Nähe ist der Wienfluss mit netten Sitzgelegenheiten. Ums Eck sind zwei Billas, ein Hofer und eine super Bäckerei. Auch ein Spar ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf der Mahü, in 15 beim Schlossquadrat.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The next subway station (U4 Margaretengürtel) as well as the trams 6 and 18 and the bus 59A can be reached by foot in a few minutes. The Wien River also runs there, a hot tip for cyclists. The U6 Gumpendorfer Straße is approx. 1 km away (you can take the tram there as well). We have several smaller parks a few steps from the flat and Schönbrunn is less than 3 km away. The Wien River with nice seating is also very close by. Around the corner are two Billas, a Hofer and a great bakery. A Spar is also just a few minutes' walk away. You can walk to Mariahilfer Straße in 20 minutes and to Schlossquadrat in 15 minutes.
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG! Obwohl wir es gerne ruhig mögen und manchmal sehr lange in unseren Zimmern verschwinden, sind wir fast wie eine kleine Familie. Ab und zu sehen wir uns gemeinsam einen Film an, gehen essen oder machen einen Ausflug. Unseren Putzplan und unsere Finanzen organisieren wir mit Flattastic. Wir haben immer ein offenes Ohr füreinander und es ist es uns wichtig, dass Konflikte angesprochen und gelöst werden.

We definitely don’t live together just to save money! Although we like it quiet and sometimes disappear into our rooms for a long time, we are almost like a small family. Every now and then we watch a film together, go out to eat or go on a trip. We organize our cleaning schedule and our finances with Flattastic. We always have an open ear for one another and it is important to us that conflicts are addressed and resolved.
WG-Besichtigungen planen wir zwischen dem 20. und 29. August zwischen 18:00 und 21:00. Solltest du da keine Zeit haben, finden wir vor oder nach diesem Zeitraum auch einen anderen Termin. Wenn du glaubst, dass wir zusammenpassen könnten, schreib uns doch ein paar Sätze über dich und einen Terminvorschlag – wir freuen uns darauf, dich kennen zu lernen!

We are planning flat tours between August 20th and 29th between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. If you don't have time then, we will find another date. If you think we might be a fit, write us a few sentences about yourself and suggest an appointment – we are looking forward to getting to know you!
