I'm looking for a new flatmate since the amazing Mathilde, with whom I've lived for two years, is moving to Brussels to pursue her brilliant carreer.
I will also be leaving Vienna this summer so I hope you will want to come spend a few months in the best flat I have ever lived in :)
Dates: from the beginning of January (Mathilde moves out on the 2nd) until the end of August when the lease for the flat expires.
The room: Circa 20m² with a mezzanine bed under which is a whole dressing. The room has two windows and gives on a very quiet street (which is very quiet). Mathilde will only be taking her mattress with her, you can have the couch in the room (as well as the lamp and small coffee table in the livin room) for a small Ablöse.
The costs: 589€ (energy costs included) + 20€ internet + 15€ insurance. The deposit is 3 months (cold) rent.
The flat: 104m², fully furnished, with a very big living room and a very functional kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine,oven, microwave...
The bathroom has a window giving on the inner courtyard (without vis-à-vis !) and is separate from the WC.
There is a little storage room which is perfect to store the cleaning equipment and to store empty bottle waiting to be thrown away ;)
The nice little bonus touch is the inner courtyard which allows for sunny breakfasts and cool evening beers!
The location: Right neat the Naschmarkt (U4 Kettenbrückengasse, on the side of the 5. Bezirk) which makes it perfectly central. Every commodity is in a 5 minutes walk area (Billa, Spar, DM...). The Mariahilfer Strasse and Karlsplatz are both just a 10-15 minutes walk away. You're in 20 minutes at the Huaptbahnhof, 40 minutes at the Flughafen...
About me: A 26 year old Frenchie working in diplomacy during the week and being very queer during the weekends.

I like to have friends over for brunch, dinner or for some drinks during the weekend, I usually have calm week evenings.
I love to discuss international relations and politics, philosophy as well as pop culture, I'm also very much into stupid memes and videos.
I can be quite the geek playing video games, watching some anime or binging a show on Netflix.

and you clearly have taste since you selected this flat ;) You could also be a couple since the room and the flat allow it perfectly!

I'm available in the evenings (after 7pm) or during the weekend for you to visit your future home! Of course I know the timing is very off because of lockdown, so we can also schedule video calls for a virtual visit. I'm looking forward to reading about you and meeting you!
