Mein sehr geliebtes Zimmer wird ab März frei.
Es ist recht quadratisch geschnitten, sehr hell (gegenüber blockiert kein Haus das Licht und niemand kann ins Zimmer schauen, welch ein Luxus in Innenstädten haha), hat schön hohe Altbaudecken und und Fischgrätenparkett. Wenn du gerne mit offenem Fenster schläfst: nachts ist es hier sehr ruhig, von der Straße bekommt man ohnehin nicht sonderlich viel mit und die Nachbarn sind auch leise.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben. Die sehr gut verdunkelnden Vorhänge verbleiben jedoch!
Wir haben den Luxus, sowohl über eine Badewanne als auch eine Dusche zu verfügen! Außerdem hat die süße Küche je ein riesiges Fach für Lebensmittel für jeden, eine Spülmaschine und einen großen Kühlschrank mit je einem Tiefkühlfach für jeden. Für diese Küchengeräte, den Drucker und die Vorhänge im Zimmer würde eine Ablöse von 250€ anfallen.

My beloved room in Margareten will be free from March on.
It's quite squarish, very bright (there's no building blocking the light and no prying eyes from outside, what a downtown luxury haha), has a very high ceiling and if you prefer to sleep with the windows open: there's as good as no street noise and the neighbors are pretty quiet too.
The room will be empty when you move in. The curtains will stay tho!
Luckily we have both a bathtub and a shower cabin. The sweet kitchen has big food shelves for every room mate, a dish washer and a big fridge including a lot of freezer space. For these kitchen appliances, the printer and the curtains in the free room there's be a one time fee of 250€.
Die Öffi-Anbindung ist optimal! Fußläufig erreichbar:
- 1min zum Bus
- 3 min zu U4 Margaretengürtel und Tram 18 + 6
- max. 10min zu U6 Gumpendorfer Straße
Innerhalb von 15min erreicht man zu Fuß die Mahü
Wenn du dich wie ich gerne mit dem Rad fortbewegst, geht das von unserer Wohnung aus sehr gut, da es viele sichere Radwege in der Nähe gibt, über die man blitzschnell z.B. zum Karlsplatz, in den 7. Bezirk oder zur Hauptuni/TU/.. kommt :)
Hofer, Spar, Billa, Bipa und dm sind auch schnell zu erreichen. :)

The public transport situation is really good. By foot you can reach the bus (1 min), U4 / Tram 6 + 18 station Margaretengürtel (3 min) and U6 Gumpendorfer Str. (10 min).
You can walk or bike to Mariahilfer Str., Karlsplatz, main campus, TU, .. in a few minutes, let's say max. 15.
Hofer, Spar, Billa, Bipa and dm are close by, too.
Giulio kommt aus Italien und arbeitet im IT-Bereich. Er ist ein lebensfroher, musikbegeisterter Mensch und hat häufig seine Freundin Shiori zu Besuch, die ebenfalls sehr lieb ist. Für die Kommunikation wäre es recht vorteilhaft wenn du Englisch (oder Italienisch) sprichst. :)
Auch Dominiks Leben dreht sich viel um Musik, da er in seinem eigenen kleinen Studio in unserer Wohnung Musik produziert. Aber keine Sorge, da kriegt man eigentlich gar nichts von mit und wenn doch, sagt man Bescheid und man hört nichts mehr :) Dominik kommt aus Deutschland (lebt aber schon lange in Wien), ernährt sich vegetarisch und ist u.a. ein sehr guter Gesprächspartner für allerlei Deeptalk-Themen :)
Overall sind beide sehr unkomplizierte Mitbewohner!

Giulio is a buoyant, music-loving Italian working in the IT area. His girlfriend Shiori is staying in our apartment quite often, she's a sweet person, too. :)
Dominik, too, is very involved with music. He's producing music in his own little studio in our apartment. But don't worry, you can rarely hear any sound from his room and if you do, a few nice words are enough and you won't be bothered anymore. Domi is vegetarian and a real good conversational partner for any deep talk topics. :)
Overall, both are very relaxed room mates!
Wenn du deine potentiellen Mitbewohner und die Wohnung gerne kennenlernen und dich auf einen Tee o. ä. zusammensetzen möchtest, schreib einfach hier eine Nachricht. Am besten wäre es, wenn du sie auf Englisch verfassen könntest, da sich aller Voraussicht nach v.a. Giulio um den Erstkontakt kümmern wird. :)
