Das Zimmer ist nicht riesig, aber etwas geräumiger als 12 qm klingen -- irgendjemand hat da mal ein ziemlich episches Hochbett reingebaut, d.h. es ist ein bisschen mehr Platz und macht das ganze Zimmer ziemlich gemütlich. Mit den hohen Decken ist auch unter dem Hochbett noch genug Platz. Das Fenster gegenüber schaut auf eine mittelmäßig belebte Straße und den Billa.
Geht man um zwei Ecken, ist man in der Küche, die zugleich ein bisschen WG-Wohnzimmer ist. (:
Es gibt eine Spülmaschine in der Küche, und auch sonst ist alles da was man braucht.
The room is not extremely big, but at least more spacious than 12 qm sound... Some genius built a very cool high sleeper, so that makes a bit more space and the room very cozy. The high ceilings make for enough space beneath it. The window on the other side looks on the medium busy street and the Billa.
Going around two corners you'll enter the kitchen, which is somewhat the WG's living room. (:
There is a dishwasher machine in the kitchen, and everything else you need for cooking.
Ziemlich gut. Die Gegend hier ist eher innenstädtische Wohngegend, wobei man in ein paar Minuten auch schon im 6. ist, und in 15min mit der U-Bahn (einschl. Fußweg) sowieso in der Innenstadt. Alles was man braucht, kriegt man hier auf jeden Fall, es gibt einen Billa und eine Bäckerei gegenüber und einen Spar in der Nähe und alles andere auch. :D
Zwei Stationen entfernt ist der Naschmarkt. :)
Pretty good. Its more of a residential city area, although in some minutes you are in the sixth district with more bars and restaurants and stuff. In 15 minutes (including the walk) you're in the city centre anyway. Everything you need is right around the house, a Billa, a bakery, a Spar in some minutes more and everything else.
The Naschmarkt is two stations away. :)
Da meine Mitbewohnerin mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht suche ich noch jemanden für eine angenehme/coole WG. Ich bin Benedikt, studiere Germanistik, lese gerade auch unabhängig davon viele Bücher und schreibe auch, koche gerne ungewöhnliche oder improvisierte Gerichte, bin offen für vieles und ein gesprächiger, ruhiger Typ. Coolstes Hobby: Improtheater.
In das andere Zimmer wird Meliné ziehen, sie kommt aus Frankreich (spricht auch ziemlich gutes Deutsch, hat schon einige Jahre in Berlin gelebt), studiert Design und ist ziemlich cool.
Sich gelegentlich in der Küche zu begenen ist für mich auf jeden Fall der Pluspunkt einer WG, ab und zu etwas zusammen unternehmen oder zusammen etwas zu kochen -- wie es sich eben ergibt.
Ich hab bei mir ein (allerdings schon recht leise gedämpftes) Klavier stehen, das sollte euch nicht stören, dass ich hin und wieder darauf spiele :)
Since my roommate will move together with her friend and the other one will move into a bigger room, i'm looking for two new folks for a nice/cool WG. Im Benedikt, studying german philology and spending much time at the moment with a pile of books, also writing, cooking unusual or improvised dishes. I'm opened for much, calm and conversational, and my coolest (and intensely lived) hobby is improvised theatre.
I already found someone for the other room that also will be free from the first of march, its Meliné from France, shes cool and studies fashion design.
Meeting each other occasionally in the kitchen is however something i value about the WG, maybe sometimes doing something together, cooking, but no must at any time.
I have piano and i'm playing it every now and then, so this shouldnt be a problem. I damped it a bit though.
Besichtigung pcr-getestet vor Ort oder online. Die Katze Eddy auf den Bildern zieht übrigens mit aus... aber jeder mit Katze bekommt einen Bonuspunkt ;D
Visit in person with a pcr test or online. The cat Eddy on the pictures btw will move out too... but everybody with a cat will get a bonus point ;D
