Da unsere Mitbewohnerin Pia Anfang April unsere Wohnung verlassen verlassen wird, suchen wir (Garance und Sebastian) für unsere Wg ab dem 01.04.2022 eine/n aufgeschlossene/n Mitbewohner/in.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 qm groß, teilmöbliert (außer ein Bett) und hat zwei Dachflächenfenster. Es ist Teil einer Dachgeschosswohnung mit insgesamt 3 Zimmern (Parkett). Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Duschwanne und ein separates WC sowie eine kleine aber feine Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen und einem Dachfenster. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 340 Euro, dazu kommen ca. 55 Euro Nebenkosten für Gas, Strom und Internet (Die Summe kann je nach Jahreszeit leicht schwanken).
Für die Work-Life-Sport Balance ist praktischerweise schon durch tägliches Treppensteigen gesorgt, da wir im 5.OG wohnen und es keinen Aufzug gibt.

Since our roommate Pia will be leaving our flat at the beginning of April, we (Garance and Sebastian) are looking for an open-minded roommate for our flat from April 1st, 2022.
The room is about 22 square meters, partly furnished (no bed) and has two windows. It is part of an attic apartment with a total of 3 rooms (parquet). There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, as well as a small but nice kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and a skylight. The cold rent is 340 euros, plus approx. 55 euros in additional costs for gas, electricity and internet (the total can vary slightly depending on the season).
The work-life-sport balance is practically taken care of by climbing the stairs every day, since we live on the 5th floor and there is no elevator.

Deine Mitbewohner sind wir, Garance und Sebastian.
Garance (22) kommt aus Frankreich, sie absolviert gerade ein Auslandssemester an der Uni Wien und ist deshalb nur für dieses Semester in der Wohnung. Sie hört gerne Daft Punk, kocht gerne und interessiert sich für Feminismus. Nachdem sie neu in Wien ist, möchte sie in den nächsten Monaten vor allem die Stadt kennenlernen. Genauso aber freut sie sich auf gemeinsame Wg-Abende.
Sebastian (23) kommt aus Niederösterreich und wohnt nach einem Semester in den Niederlanden seit etwas mehr als einem Jahr in der Wohnung. Er studiert VWL und Psychologie und plant gerade seine Karriere als Schachprofi. Er spielt nicht nur Gitarre & Keyboard sondern ist auch für (fast) jede Sportarten zu begeistern. Zudem lernt er gern Sprachen (Französisch und Italienisch) und würde sich deshalb besonders über Mitbewohner/innen mit Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnissen freuen.
So wichtig es uns ist, keine Zweck-WG zu sein, so sehr verstehen wir es auch, wenn man Zeit für sich braucht. Wir freuen uns darauf, gemeinsam durch Wien zu streifen und gemütliche WG-Abende zu verbringen. Alles kann, nichts muss.
Your roommates are us, Garance and Sebastian.
Garance (22) comes from France, she is currently completing a semester abroad at the University of Vienna and is therefore only in the apartment for this semester. She enjoys listening to Daft Punk, enjoys cooking and is interested in feminism. Now that she's new in Vienna, she wants to get to know the city above all over the next few months. But she also looks forward to cozy evenings in our flat.
Sebastian (23) comes from Lower Austria and has been living in the apartment for a little over a year after a semester in the Netherlands. He studies economics and psychology and is currently planning his career as a chess professional. He not only plays guitar and keyboard but is also enthusiastic about (almost) every sport. He also likes to learn languages (French and Italian) and would therefore be particularly happy about flatmates who speak French or Italian.
As important as it is to us not to be a flat just for the purpose of keeping costs down, we understand it very well if you need time for yourself. We look forward to roaming through Vienna together and spending cozy shared evenings. Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory.
