Hello fellow room-seekers,
Since I will be moving to another city for work, I have to sadly leave my large fully furnished WG room behind. The room itself is 25m², and can be nicely separated into different functional areas - chilling, studying/working, and sleeping. The kitchen and bathroom (also very large!) are very practical and will be shared with your roommate.
As seen in the pictures, the room has everything you need for a comfortable life. For a fair price, you can basically pack your laundry and start your life here :)
The location of the apartment is very practical, and public transport is very accessible:
- 12A, 14A, 1, 18, 62 within 250-500m
- U4 Pilgramgasse and Hauptbahnhof within 1.2km
There are also many supermarkets - Eurospar is right around the corner, Billa, Hofer, and dm are all within minutes. Other necessities such as Post and Apotheke are also very close.
If you would like to bike around, this is perfect! There are many bike lanes in this area and routes to city center are super easy. If you are biking to TU Wien, you are at Karlsplatz within 8min!
Your roommate will be Barbara, she works as a care-taker and is nice and communicative. When we catch each other in the apartment, we usually share a little chat about our day. Understandably, she likes to keep things clean and it would be great if you like that too :)
The landlord is also really accommodating and takes care of all repairs!
The rent is €390 including heating and other utilities.
The fridge and microwave (both almost new, shared with roommate) should be taken over for €150.
All of the following furniture can be taken over for €1200:
- washing machine (Bosch, like new, original price 800)
- bed (IKEA HEMNES, size adjustable, has 3 large storage drawers, original price 330)
- mattress (Emma, like new, 140x200, original price 340)

- coffee table (like new, height adjustable and width expandable)
- other things such as vacuuming machine, laundry rack, etc.
