Hallihallo, ich bin die Sarah und bin für mein Auslandssemester in Paris und in der Zwischenzeit würde ich sehr gerne mein Wg Zimmer vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 25qm groß und schön Licht durchflutet, ein klassisches Altbauzimmer.
Es ist voll möbliert, mit gemütlichem Bett, großem Schreibtisch, Couch und 2 Kommoden und Kleiderstangen, wo ich dir Platz für deine Kleidung frei räumen würde.
Zur Wohnung
Wir haben eine sehr geräumige Küche mit Esstisch, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine (French Press u. Bialetti) und was sonst noch so dazu gehört und einen großen Eingangsbereich, den wir als Wohnzimmer verwenden mit 2 Couches und Wohnzimmertisch, wir verbringen die meiste Zeit aber in der Küche :)
Wir haben 2 Toiletten und ein Großes Bad, mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine und dem üblichen Bad stuff halt hahah

It is fully furnished, with a comfortable bed, big desk, couch and 2 chests of drawers and clothes rails, where I would clear space for your clothes.
About the apartment
We have a very spacious kitchen with a dining table, dishwasher, stove, fridge, coffee maker (French Press) and whatever else you need. and a large entrance area that we use as a living room with 2 couches and living room table, we spend most of our time in the kitchen though :)
We have 2 toilets and a large bathroom, with bathtub, washing machine and the usual bathroom stuff hahah
Die Wohnung ist im 5. Bezirk, direkt bei der U4 Station "Margaretengürtel", also legit 2 min entfernt. Die u6 Station "gumpendorferstraße" ist zu fuß auch so 5- 10 min entfernt. Man kann in 15-30 min an den wichtigsten Orten sein :)
Ein Billa ist ca 2 min entfernt, ein Hofer 5 und der Spar 10 min.
Der Naschmarkt ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 min zu erreichen und die Mariahilferstraße in ca 15 min.

Wir sind eine 5er Mädels Wg, aber Emilia ist zur gleichen Zeit wie ich auf Erasmus, also es ist noch nicht ganz klar wer dann in ihrem Zimmer wohnen wird. Wenn alle da sind wohnst du mit Ari (20, Politikwissenschaften u. KSA Studentin), Clara (20, Tischlerausbildung), Emilia (21, KSA Studentin), Vero (21, vergleichende Literatur u. Philosophie).
Und ansonsten wohn ich noch da, ich bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere Jus, aber mich wirst du wohl eher nicht antreffen.
Wir sind alles andere als eine Zweck WG, wir chillen viel zusammen und sind wie so eine kleine Familie, lassen uns gegenseitig aber auch unseren Freiraum und sind sehr respektvoll mit einander und gehen auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse ein.
Wir machen sehr gerne Party, aber in Maßen...
Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, aber wir sind jetzt auch nich super penibel.
Und rauchen kannst du in der Küche :)
