Kosten sollten sich innerhalb der 500€ halten lassen!
Wohnung hat ein Bad mit Wanne und WC, geräumigen Flur, ein extra-Kammerl, Küche und 2 Zimmer.
Wir werden sogar das zweite, große Zimmer als Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer haben! Werde aber nicht mehr Miete verlangen - 50% / 50% Split passt auch wenn ich das kleine Zimmer als Schlafzimmer nehme. Dafür werd ich im Wohnzimmer halt mein Homeoffice abhalten :)
Ich arbeite am Flughafen und bin tagsüber nicht viel zu Hause und am Wochenende gerne mal auf einem kurzen Trip, wandern oder mit Freund*innen unterwegs. Super entspannt. Wohne seit 6 Jahren bereits in Wien, war die letzen 2 Jahre viel im Ausland und würde mich über eine*n aufgeschlossene*n, freundliche*n Mitbewohner*in freuen. Mittelfristig plane ich auch wieder ins Ausland zu gehen. Also kann die Wohnung auch bald Dein sein :)
Ich spreche auch Englisch und Spanisch, falls Google translate Mist baut, gerne auf eng oder esp kontaktieren :)

I've got a big room in a 3-bedroom flat to rent. There will be one big room for you and a big living/working space as I will move to the smallest room to sleep.
I'm a well-travelled project manager in aviation and work at the aiport and won't be home much during the day. On weekends I enjoy travelling or hanging out with friends, cook, have a boardgame night. Mostly spontaneous. But not a big party-person. Depends.
The flat is in Vienna, 5th District, with a bus stop (3 lines) right in front of the door, U-Bahn 10 minutes by foot (or 2 stops by bus) and S-Bahn and Regional Trains 15mins by foot (or 3 stops by Bus).
There are tons of restaurants, markets, supermarkets, and more around the flat - it is located very conveniently not far from anything in the city. Naschmarkt, Mariahilfer Str are well walkable!
Bus at the door goes directly to TU, Main University with a stop inbetween.

Wohnung liegt direkt an der Kreuzung der 14A und 59A Buse, nicht weit vom Matzleinsdorfer Platz und Pilgramgasse.
2. Stock über einem Mann und Snack-Laden. Man ist wirklich schnell in jedem Eck der Stadt.
Ich steh auf den 5. - viele kleine Läden, Multikulti, coole Bars und Kneipen, super Essen und wirklich bunt gemischtes Publikum. Hier begegnen sich halt Anzugträger*innen und "the usual suspects" vor dem Supermarkt. Man kennt sich und Gesichter wieder. Ich find's leiwand.

Es steht smoking on the balcony - aber es gibt keinen balkon. Geraucht werden kann also maximal aus dem Badfenster 😅
Zusammen etwas unternehmen, kochen, essen, trinken, Spieleabend, puzzeln, etc. ist immer drin. Bin aber auch ok mit jemand, der/die es gerne etwas ruhiger und zurückgezogener hat. Einfach melden und es wird schon was passendes dabei sein :)
Ich habe immer in WGs gewohnt und finde die Mischung aus privater Fläche und geteilten Räumlichkeiten perfekt - manchmal kommt man heim und ist froh, dass jemand da ist. Und manchmal will man eben ins Zimmer, Kopfhöhrer auf und Musik aufdrehen :) :)
Falls gewünscht, kann auch Hochbett und andere Möbel vom aktuellen Bewohner übernommen werden !! Bitte rechtzeitig melden, da wir es sonst leer räumen zum 1.7.

Schickt ein WhatsApp an +27 71 81 07011 - ich schwöre es ist kein Scam, auch wenn die Nummer aus Südafrika ist. Ich bin kein Prinz der Daten und eine Anzahlung braucht, vor Mietbeginn :)
Ich bin ab 6.6. nochmal für einen Monat in Südafrika - aber die aktuellen Mitbewohner können Zimmer zeigen, oder was online ausmachen und wir können uns zusammenschreiben!
Sonstiges: Ich komm urspr. aus Bayern. Habe inzwischen auf 4 Kontinenten gelebt, darunter Inseln im Pazifik, auf über 4000m in den Bergen, in den Tropen in Südostasien und eben in Wien :) :)
