Ich vermiete mein Zimmer über den Sommer evtl. auch bis Ende Dezember. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber dafür sehr hell und gemütlich und günstig! Ich lasse meine Möbel drin, eine Kleiderstange, ein Regal und ein Bett.
Gibt auch ein Abstellraum wo Koffer, Kartons etc verstaut werden können.
Es ist also genug Platz alles was man hat zu verstauen.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Reinprechtsdorferstrasse, am Siebenbrunnenplatz.
Der 59a fährt 100m vor der Tür ab, der 14a ist 5min entfernt, sie U4 ca 12 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Du würdest mit Samira und Franzi zusammen wohnen, beide Mitte zwanzig.
Das Wg leben ist sehr entspannt, alle machen ihr Ding untertags, Abend sitzen wir manchmal zusammen. Wir das halt so ist.
Franzi studiert Psychologie und Samira arbeitet als Kunstvermittlerin.
Ich suche eine Person die ab Juli einziehen möchte und die idealerweise keine Möbel mitbringt, da ich meine Möbel dort lasse.
Das Zimmer ist aufjedenfall bis September frei, eventuell auch bis Ende Dezember! Da bin ich eher flexibel.
