I am renting out my beautiful room in our 5-person shared flat from August to January (moving-out date is negotiable).
The room will be probably rented without furniture, because I am moving out in apartment and take the furniture with me.
The room is divided into two section, I use one as a cabinet and another one as a bedroom. The room is bright and quiet since windows facing the courtyard.
The rent includes all costs including internet, electricity, heating, household insurance, etc.
The flat is 132 m^2 in total and has 5 shared rooms as well as a large living room where you can eat, drink or watch a film together.
The location of the flat is perfect, the underground station Kettenbrückengasse (U4) is 1 min away from the house, various supermarkets are just outside the door and the area has many nice cafes, bars and restaurants to offer.
The roommates will change a lot in the near future, as three more of the flatmates are taking a semester abroad and are subletting their room for a semester, too. Flo from Germany, who works as a graphic designer in an agency. That means we can't really say much about your future flatmates, except that we only let nice people stay in our flat. The atmosphere in our shared apartment is usually quiet, cosy and relaxed. We like to spend time together, share thoughts, drink, cook and eat together. ZIMMER:
Ich vermiete mein schönes Zimmer in unserer 5er-WG von August bis Januar (Auszugsdatum ist verhandelbar).
Das Zimmer wird voraussichtlich ohne Möbel vermietet, da ich aus der Wohnung ausziehe und die Möbel mitnehme.
Das Zimmer ist in zwei Bereiche aufgeteilt, einen nutze ich als Arbeitsplatz und Kleiderschrank und den anderen als Schlafzimmer. Das Zimmer ist hell und ruhig, da die Fenster zum Innenhof gerichtet sind.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 132 m^2 groß und hat neben den 5 WG-Zimmern auch ein großes Wohnzimmer, wo zusammen gegessen, getrunken oder ein Film geschaut werden kann.
LAGE:
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, die U-Bahnstation Kettenbrückengasse (U4) ist 1 min vom Haus entfernt, diverse Supermärkte sind quasi vor der Haustür und die Gegend hat viele nette Cafes, Bars und Restaurants zu bieten.
WG-Leben:
Die Zusammensetzung der WG-Mitbewohner wird sich in nächster Zeit stark ändern, da noch drei weitere aus der WG ein Auslandssemester einlegen und somit ihr Zimmer für ein Semester untervermieten. In der Wohnung wohnt außerdem Flo aus Deutschland, der als Grafikdesigner in einer Agentur arbeitet. Das heißt, wirklich viel können wir nicht über deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sagen, außer dass wir selbstverständlich nur nette Leute bei uns wohnen lassen.
Die Atmosphäre in unserer Wohngemeinschaft ist normalerweise ruhig, gemütlich und entspannt. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, teilen Gedanken, trinken, kochen oder essen gemeinsam.
